a typical day at work would be opening boxes, putting away stock, cleaning and talking to customers. while at this job I learned how to act in busy situations and how to communicate with different customers. Overall the management was not the best but the way the store is run is still successful. With the lenient management the workplace culture was very relaxed and not very professional.

Working at cleves I was a ware house worker, because of this I learned all about the different prodcuts within the company as well as the shipping as receiving aspect within the company.
The management within the company was amazing and everyone was treated as equals no matter their employee status.

Management seems to have no control over what takes places but seem to pretend like they do. Very poor communication between workers and management. Consistently told varying information. Staff is not held accountable for basic duties and are more worried about making themselves look good compared to working as a team.

I was transparent about my mental health and ridiculed for it. If you struggle you’re dramatic and will get a crisis hotline on your desk. Team Sales, the defend the cancer in the back 

By working at Cleve's Source for sports, I have learned many thing such as organisation skills, helping customers, managing sales, etc. From day one, it has been a pleasure and honor to work here

Cleves was a great job experience, the hours were flexible and the district manager was amazing; however, the working environment was not ideal

Management was great they were all so kind. The biggest issue was there was not a lot of opportunity for advancement or improving your employee standing.
