Typical day was simply logging into my computer and phone, and start taking calls to assist customers with their internet issues. During the call the problems and solutions would be recorded in a database for future use or training. I would also create work orders if a technician needed to be sent to the customers house. At the end of the call I was required to try and sell a value add product.

I learned how to fix some internet issues regarding connection, browsing, and speed. I also learned a great deal about phone etiquette.

Management was usually always available and approachable. they usually had answers if anyone had questions as well.

Co workers were professional and knowledgeable.

Hardest part of the job was sitting in a chair staring at a computer screen. 

Best part of the job was the flexibility of the shifts.

worked the overnight shift as a coach. oversaw the entire operatons overnight. responsible for the command center, monitor, mentor and coach employees on key responsibilities and metrics, administer disciplinary actions as necessary. provide immediate feedback on performances and behavioural issues. Liason with client.
I learned that customers can be very demanding on staff as well as I enhanced my technical knowledge.
My co-workers were all very friendly and we worked as a cohesive team.
The hardest part of the job was being up all night.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with people.

It has been several years since I did work for Clientlogic, I did enjoy the job itself however when you have a supe come to you and say what can I do to make your job easier and the whole team asked for daily stats, (which could be printed in minutes!) and it NEVER happened. I also remember one supe that I had there that when you were on a long call he would yell across the centre to you "What's the problem and send you a nasty email if you did not put the customer on hold to go see him, not great.

I worked for this company for 6 months when i first got out of school.  It was many years ago and I did technical support for a phone/ device. It was tier one support so we received the first level of callers who experienced some minor issues.  Plenty of training was provided, including a standard script for answering calls and a database to look up typical issues. Most calls were resolved by following the steps provided in the system.  Only a handful had to be escalated and there were always support available if calls had to be escalated. Overall good experience.

Great place to work.... I have moved to another City...so I definitely would recommend anyone to work for Clients Logic. I was in the Compliance and Warranty Dept. It was quite a challenge working with the Company but not to worry....Benefits and Incentives and Bonuses were part of the perk.

At first the job was difficult but as the time goes by the work was getting easier and easier. So was getting more comfortable with the task. The work environment was good in general.

Good workplace location, but it's still a call center environment. Great training program from Tmobile USA. Access to early cellular techs and data plans.

Acknowledging the difference at which users learn and follow instructions. Keeping on top of emerging technology and programs used in connecting to the internet.
