Nice company to work
The ovo fertility clinicwas founded in 2003 by a group of five obstetrician-gynecologists. Their original goal was to create a fertility clinic that offered services with the highest standards of quality, in a calm atmosphere, also encouraging a human and a personal approach. The success of the ovo fertility clinic was immediate. Today, more than 2500 cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and over 3500 cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI) are performed annually. The percentage of pregnancy through IVF cycles are among the highest in Canada.

The prenatal department on the 6th floor is very busy and at times can get a tad hectic. It is where the 10+ week ultrasound department is, as well as the gynaecologist department where pregnancy follow-ups are done. The office is modern and sleek. The atmosphere among the employees is very nice. Our supervisors are very down to earth and are readily available to discuss and help at all times. The support is good.

I loved the job itself and most of my coworkers.

The clients were delightful and their babies great. The place is very nice. Salary is good and job not too stressful.

The only thing I disliked is the angle of the company, it is selfish and all about money. And the manager or boss, although a nice person I'm sure, I don't think he is very sympathetic towards his workers. It's a very cold environment for such a nice thing as pregnancy. Too money oriented

My experience with the company and staff was above and beyond perfect and professional .I learned a lot about myself and I learn that my job did not go unnoticed and they went out of there way to make you feel special. Clean environment staff was friendly.every single person I worked with I respect to the highest level.  I was sad to loose my job at ovo

Too many patients and not enough employees. Team leaders not focus on the teams success, or well being of the staff. Good benefits, possibilities to change positions withing the company. But the low staff causes a lot of problems and everyone has to do multiple people's job.

Nice coworkers and very good work-life balance. 
However, no possibility to grow within the company which makes it hard to find motivation.
Many positions require employees to complete tasks outside of the usual scope of their role.

Pay is very low for the quantity of work requested
Staff very poorly managed 
very stressful environement
Flexible for schedules
Always understaffed for the administration

Good place to work, very nice people but not to many opportunities to advance in your carrier or to bring your experience
into your daily routine. Not to much place to grow.

This is a good company overall but the management don’t really listen to the employee to improve the work environment.
Little to no opportunity to grow in your career. 

Overworked, no consideration for employees, heavily micro-managed, too much work for the pay and you cant take a day off without feeling bad. Nice collegues.
