You get to interact with many customers to build your experience quickly.
The work schedule is also very flexible, perfect job if you're a student.
My boss and my coworkers were very nice and it was really fun working with them.

I was hired right before the June rush. Was given an okay formation by the other employees, and everything was fine. However, the cashier manager is also the company's accountant. 

To me, that's what lead her to push for employees to work faster even when there was no need to, to a point where even some customers said that they were stressed by her. 

Overall a nice place to work at for a first job, but needs a register manager that isn't stuck on company numbers and cares for their customers.

I work as a cashier, where we start the day with counting the cash in the register. We do checkouts and answer phone calls. We take care of payments on contracts as well. The management is great and always helpful. The most enjoyable part of the job  is the people that I work with. The hardest part of the job is dealing with some of the customer service. 

Many good ideas and come out of the seasoned staff. Management is great at listening but lacks the audacity to really change. No better example than a high employee turn rate over the years.

Enjoy sun, hard work with my own team, we did 3 pools per day and we had work all summer long with good conditions of work. I work for them 3 years ago and I dont regret , I do this job another day in my life if a friend of mine need installator

The job in itself is very fun. It is easy to lean and you have someone to help you. My only problem is the managment. They are on your back if you talk even when your job is done. They are very old school. The job pays well.

organizing, planning and implementing strategy.  Coordinates operations by scheduling, supervising and motivating staff.  Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

It was a super fun and easy job, but the pay when I was employed was minimum and the raises were hard to receive and low increases. The systems were easy to understand and the hours were flexible.
