All the training preached client over profit but then they let people go who aren't making the numbers they want. They only care about gaining licensed people, so they hire client support reps and then pressure them to get licensed to the point where they implied i would be let go if I didn't (told me I had a month to change my mind after I kept saying no). Even if I had, I would've been doing more work for the same pay and would have had to do all course work on my own time. They do not listen to their employees who try to speak up about the issues observed in office or with management itself, and simply chalk it up to your way of seeing things (which is wrong). 

Great company but wrong local management. Not all staff qualified to be managers. Direct managers need improved staff management skills and patience. Too much pressure on achieving next level licensing.

I found Cooperators to be one of the most supportive insurance environments to work in.  As a claims person, it is imperative to have management support and in a timely manner.    There management time was well educated and well informed on matters of  insurance.

Overall nice place to work, nice company.
- there is the option to work more hours and having days off.
- benefits are 100% paid my employer.
- there is few difference if you work for an advisor or corporate.

Excellent training program, cares about employees. Excellent work culture, excellent development career path to help employees to more senior role.

Typical day was contacting as many people in our current book to sell insurance. Goals are set fairly high and I enjoy the job and people here. Company has changed quite a bit since starting.

learn basic administrative skills, organizational skills etc. Supported the team of claims adjusters to help them complete their work. Supported the opportunity to advance your education through the CIP program.

They offer a great compensation package and benefits for employees. They recognize work life balance and offer ample time off for personal reasons, sick time or vacation. 

BEST WORK-LIFE BALANCE. It would take me a lot to quit my company. They actually care about here. Career advancements are good too. And only require one day week to come to office unlike other companies 

It is an amazing company to work for. Family like environment. The best part about the job is flexibility to manage the work. The people here are always were very warm and helpful.
