Highly recommended. Working at Coast Spas it's so much fun, so productive and very multicultural. The managers are nice and friendly and treat everyone with respect. If you are willing to grow, they are willing to help you and find a way for you to build your career.

A great place to work if you're looking for a long term career must try. Can be stressful and fast-paced, but it's a good place to gain experience.  There is a great work / life balance here and you are always treated respectfully and fairly.  Would recommend it to friends

I like to work here . There is good environment. Everyone cooperate. Help new employees. Everyone follows Covid protocol. Safety first . I like learn new things

No direction..lack of training, poor hours. Incompetent coworkers and management led to many customers being delayed delivery of their tubs on time. Bad reputation for customer service

good management, very well managed company, supportive, supervisor, and they pay very well and very on time,,, nice owners and a really nice job. Interesting job.

Punish for poor performance through public humiliation. No accountability and blame employees not management. No trust or respect for long term employees..
