My onboarding experience was very pleasant and swift, from initial contact from the HR manager, interview and testing. In fact the day I walked into the company office to hand in my resume, I received a warm and very respectful welcome.

The company put me through an extensive training programme with several very experienced operators over a 4 week period. I gained a thorough understanding of all essential tasks involved and never felt too overwhelmed. I really enjoyed each day while training, the driver trainer's were always patient and courteous.

Once I went solo, I have always felt I have the full support of management and dispatch. All my questions and queries are answered quickly with all the details I require to conduct my job. Everyday is different, so it keeps things interesting and I have visited many picturesque locations on Vancouver Island.

The role itself can be physically demanding on certain days  and an operator must be proficient in completing paperwork throughout the day, which includes some basic math. There is also some off road driving involved through logging roads, which can be quite daunting to some individuals. 

In conclusion, I would recommend the company to anyone interested in a fulfilling and rewarding career. Workplace culture is good, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Favourable work shift patterns, provides a good work life balance.  




A day of work is the same every day which is nice, you know what to expect. They do train, they have someone come from a different branch to do it. But it’s limited, you have around 1 month with someone else with you to learn everything; what needs to be done for the day, how to do inventory, how to handle sales, not much training for phone calls, they focused on inventory since that’s where the money is.
The management was nice at times, they do respond quickly but they aren’t fairly supportive of everyone. They favour certain people over others, they don’t listen fully to the story, they play favourites. It’s very clear they play favourites after running into the same issue after issue. Even talking to HR, they didn’t have much HR to behind with, still same issues and nothing had improved or changed. Same issue after issue. Problematic coworkers and attitudes, management is aware but they don’t do anything about it.
Doing inventory alone with all the pressure for keeping it afloat is terrible, reaching out does work but they just tell you to do what you are already doing or tried. So not much for problem solving really, they repeat what you have already done or tried. 
Phone calls can be easy and tough, depends on the clients needs or requests.

A severe rift between management and staff caused what should be a decent job to be a daily nightmare.  
The complete arrogance within the office and lack of respect for the employees as human beings with lives outside of work made the workplace unbearable.
Though a safety culture was always touted on paper this did not translate to the field.  Often ordered to finish a 14 hour shift and then work 8 hours later.  Even with a posting one was always having shifts moved around so you never knew week to week or even day to day when you were working, made planning family time impossible. 
 Certain  trucks were maintained, others were not. Depending on the unit you either froze in the winter or cooked in the summer, issues were brought up but routinely placed behind profit. 

Even though the management was one of the worst I've ever had to deal with, there were a few shining examples within the office that made the workplace less severe.  I can only hope for current employees that the cancer at the top gets excised and replaced with a more professional manager.

It was a good experience for me, I enjoyed working there. Some staff are a little negative but I feel you get that at any workplace. With any company there always some improvements needed. It’s a very busy environment sometimes and stress can get to you but everyone seems to get through it and the work gets done. I always feel that you get paid for 8 hours a day to do a job and you do that job the best that you can. Management was always there for me and would help us with any work issues. The company is trying to make it a positive and fun work environment by doing more social activities (staff lunches/bbq, trivia days, Christmas parties etc.) I enjoyed my time there and I will miss working there.

Typical day includes bulk DEF deliveries,  anywhere from 8-12 customers. Customers are great, and get to see a lot of different parts of the lower mainland. Management is excellent; very receptive of morale. Culture is wonderful; many team building activities, lots of communication and many policies, meeting minutes, procedures, etc easily accessible via online portal. Job is somewhat physical, but a welcome opportunity to get active and get moving! I mostly enjoy the driving and going to many different job sites and locations…every day is a wonderful adventure.

I have now been with the company for a few years. They have always been supportive and understanding. Training can be stressful but the trainers are patient and want me to succeed with any new task. 
The focus on safety is always forefront and the equipment is maintained.
The staff are all supportive across multiple branches and always willing to help when needed. 
It has been a pleasure to work here and I look forward to many more years

Has been a great place to work, very good and appreciative management, other employees are good to work with and around. Very accommodating.   Would’ve loved to continue working here but pursued a different career.
