A typical day at work is monotonous and exhausting, with barely any support from management. I’ve learned more about surviving than thriving here, as training is minimal and often ineffective. Management lacks transparency and rarely listens to employee concerns, making the environment feel unwelcoming. The workplace culture is more about competition than collaboration, and it feels toxic at times. The hardest part of the job is dealing with unrealistic expectations without the necessary resources. The only enjoyable part is clocking out and finally escaping the draining atmosphere.

A typical day at work consisted of stocking items, and cleaning out acid tanks 
I got along with the majority of employees that I worked with as well as management

The most enjoyable part of my job was when I was moved around to different stations of the plantation, allowing me to learn more about the variety of jobs that needed to be completed

There is no best part in working. I wish I never started there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No regards for workers safety. Pushes you. Micromanaging.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not healthy with little help from those in top positions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving the forklift with no time for a washroom break

This place is primarily run on temporary staffing. Mostly students. Working here doesn't present much of an advantage. You do the same thing every day. Management is alright work place from time to time have occasions of bullying and many of the people doesn't complain because of their working status.

Working with hazardous chemicals, very odorous workplace that has many health and safety risk associated with electroplating. Must have a lot of technical knowledge to preform in house wastewater treatment an QC work.

Management is helpful to those employees only who are just taking care of them. Management never appreciates for hard work.

very fast pace loading and unloading car parts from racks for the machine operator to take the parts and go through a process to paint them and ship them out to companies

It's a good choice for students cause various shifts available
But work is too hard and Heavy
Supervisors and Other staff is very friendly and caring
They took good care of their workers

Work was very fulfilling knowing that at the end of the day you have put in honest days work.

Work at coating is very fast and work is very stressful but work environment is good. Attendance is mandatory. I worked there only for 3-3 months not more than that
