I currently work as an Independent Contractor - Therapist/Counsellor at Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab. 

Tyler is wonderful and treats all employees with respect. He is hardworking, friendly, and believes in his team. He will take time to support you with marketing/advertising pieces if you have never done this before (I worked in a non-profit before this and this piece has been very new to me) and always smiles and says hello, despite being incredibly busy himself. All team members (e.g. administrative team, other independent contractors) are friendly and helpful. The administrative team is always kind and goes above and beyond to be supportive to all team members.

I am loving working at Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab and am very thankful that I chose to move into independent contracting with the company. I am passionate about the work that I do with clients and feel honoured to be able to support people in their healing journeys. I truly enjoy each day that I am here and look forward to coming to work each day. Thank you to everyone that has made me feel so welcome. I appreciate each and every one of you. :)

Typically our day is spent arriving clients and running their insurances. Taking payments ,answering phones, and helping clients to make their progress easier.  I have learned a great deal, about physio, chiro & how important it is to lk after a fracture.  Management team is fantastic and always willing to listen to staff. Everyone feels important!  Hardest part is when the internet goes down lol I enjoy the great music that puts everyone in a happy mood. I feel music in a work place makes it a happier place!

Very happy to work at Cobblestone. Very busy clinic and able to work the hours that I choose. I have a young family at home, so my hours do change periodically. They are very flexible and work with me.  They have never given me any issues and are very supportive of work life balance. I have worked here for 6 years and am still here presently. Owner is very family friends as they have a young family of his own.

I absolutely love working here. The clinic has such a great culture with management being very calculated at the team he creates and who he brings in. I have quadrupled my caseload compared to my previous clinic with no troubles filling my schedule. Management is reasonable with pay split negotiations as requested. Beautiful workspace and full gym available for patient care and personal use

Very happy to work at cobblestone. They are always trying to serve their community and offer the best services. They also invest so much into their clinics making them the best! Very busy clinic atmosphere with high growth. Have been with the clinic for 5 years. Great team culture! Large clinical team, but they really try to keep everyone connected.

Busy clinic with lots of opportunity for growth. They will work with your long term goals. I had to take some time off and they were cooperative with being patient for me during my recovery. Was very appreciative to them after this.  Great team culture.

Fast growing company multidisciplinary clinic in Brant County. Has been a really good experience watching the clinic expand its services. The amount of diverse services the clinic offers is truly remarkable.  Great team environment for the experienced professional and new graduate.

Have worked full time front desk at both Cobblestone Paris and Brant for over 2 years. Has been a really good learning experience. Have continued to learn more each and every day. Also really love the patients!
