Cobbs bread

The boss likes to call his employees vulgar names
He likes to talk badly about employees to other employees
He sprays PAM cooking spray on all the breads and cabinet products to make them look better, no one wears gloves when preparing food, as he doesn't want them to, he doesn't give proper breaks, and employees go without all the time, the business is covered in black mold, fruit flies all over everything, including the food.

I haven’t worked for this institution for a few years so I don’t remember all to much on how I liked it, but from what I can remember the staff are super friendly and collaborative and won’t hesitate to help you out when they see you struggling. This work place made me feel super happy and comfortable to just be able to express who I am without feeling a spec of judgement everyone is really open and happy.

While the staff at the location were excellent, they were all worked to the bone by management. Management would frequently harass staff until they quit, then stack their duties onto the remaining employees.
Utterly terrible place to work long-term.

The only hard part of the job is remembering everything! However all staff, including the manager/owner, are very supportive, and do everything to help you succeed and be efficient 

The workplace is fun, challenging, and full of amazing people

Working only 2 days per month.  This job has provided me with great learning and experience.  With no previous bookkeeping experience, Cobbs has trained me on Quickbooks and I have become proficient in completing the companies Month end bookkeeping.

I would not recomend Cobs Bread as a career choice for anyone actually loking for a job. They "hire" people then don't schedule them. The staff that actually works there are cliquey, snobby kids who look down their noses at others.

a day at work consisted of fun people to work with and enjoyable customers, fresh bread made and sold daily, I didn't find working at cobbs bread hard and I enjoyed almost every part.

Work Fast paced , can be very physically demanding , pay could be better 
I like the early hours shift 3am-11am. Don’t work here if you can’t get out of bed ! 



It was as a very good place to work. The staff, managers, and owner work together well and try very hard to make Cobs feel like a place for you to want to go to then just another place to make money. I had a great time working for this company.

this was my first job so i had about three shifts a week, they were very understanding when a mistake was made and would answer any questions. they were absolutely amazing with time off, and breaks
