My experience at Coffrages Synergy has been deeply disappointing, marked by a pervasive sense of favoritism and inequitable treatment. It feels as though the company operates with an "in-crowd" mentality, where only certain individuals are valued and supported, while others are made to feel like complete outsiders.
This culture of favoritism is particularly evident among the foremen. Despite being responsible for training, many foremen seem to disregard or actively ignore those they don't favor, making it incredibly difficult to learn and grow. They openly socialize and collaborate with their preferred individuals, leaving others to feel invisible and excluded from important discussions and opportunities.
This disparity in treatment extends to work assignments and hours. I've observed that at certain sites, supervisors grant more hours and desirable tasks to their favored employees, leaving others with minimal work or undesirable shifts. This unfair allocation of resources creates a demoralizing environment and hinders professional development for those not in the "inner circle."
Furthermore, the HR department appears to be largely ineffective and, frankly, misleading. Attempts to address concerns or discuss compensation have been met with what feels like deliberate misdirection and false promises, seemingly designed to avoid legitimate discussions about pay increases or fair treatment.
Overall, Coffrages Synergy appears to be a company where personal connections and favoritism trump merit and fair practice. If you're not part of their preferred group, be prepared to be overlooked, undertrained, and undervalued.

Moreover, I have come to realize that the environment here feels like a family, where everyone is supportive and willing to lend a helping hand. This has made my experience of working here even more enjoyable and I value the relationships I have built with my colleagues.

Overall, as a helpful assistant, I strongly believe that having a positive attitude and focusing on the positive aspects of our work can go a long way in creating a fulfilling and rewarding career experience.

I liked the attention to detail and precision to which construction of and forming of concrete foundations were constructed. The employees are friendly and are quick to mentor tasks. 

Good way to start and build a career in construction, some heavy lifting required but always keeps you healthy and active ! Good company application with plenty of videos and information to help you understand your daily tasks.

I learned how to managed a project and work with many department.
The workplace culture is nice, everybody helps each other. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is looking at the construction site growing while working on it.

Greatest cmoany i have worked for. Wel organized, great and new equipment, overall futur with synergy , good and wel money to be mad.  Synergy never scared to pay the salary you want.. to make everyone happy.

Awesome place to work with amazing management and staff. 
Its a large company and tons of support.
