I recently worked at Cofomo and unfortunately, I experienced poor management during my time there. The management team was disorganized and unprofessional, which created a challenging work environment.

One major issue I faced was a lack of clear communication from the management team. I often felt like I was in the dark about important decisions and updates, and was left to navigate complex projects without proper guidance or support.

Additionally, the management team was inconsistent in their decision-making and often changed their minds without proper explanation, causing confusion and frustration among the employees.

Despite these challenges, I tried my best to perform my duties to the best of my ability. However, the poor management ultimately led to my departure from the company.

I would not recommend Cofomo to anyone looking for a supportive and well-run work environment. The management team at Cofomo needs to improve their communication skills and decision-making processes to create a better workplace for their employees.

I was lucky and was placed in a team of good devs who taught me a lot. But watch your back I have experienced first hand and almost everyone I meet in the company has a second hand experience of very poor management. Most of the stories are shocking but I have heard so many that I have come to expect it. If you do work with this company just be aware that they do not have your best interest in mind. I have lived and now heard of 3 stories where people have salary negotiations dragged out, promised a number and a few weeks later that number is substantially reduced.

I have had a negative experience with this company. They treat their employees poorly and only care about making money. Getting a raise is a battle and even when it is approved by your manager, it can take months to actually receive it. I have seen multiple colleagues go through this same process and even then, their raises have been either cancelled or reduced. Additionally, my manager is a ghost and has no idea who I am or the projects I am working on.

It's not an exaggeration when I say that the managers here don't care about you. The management is too focused on the clients, and it really doesn't care about the employees at all. Your well-being here will be disregarded, and you'll feel like the company doesn't value you. And all of these are true. I'd find another company if I were you, especially since this one doesn't pay that well anyway.

doesn't exist as far as i can tell, always someone new , if you have a question

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
stressful, without direction or goal

the management is missing in action most of the time. It's almost impossible to communicate with any of the managers because they are almost busy or out of reach. During the rare times that they're free, you'll still have a hard time getting anything out of them since they'll make it obvious how disinterested they are about your concerns. If the managers are useless anyway, then it's better to just replace them.

As difficult it is to accept, the management simply does not care about you. You don't matter to the managers, and you're here solely to provide labor to them. The company culture is non-existent, and the work atmosphere is pretty much dead. Employees here are treated as robots with no life, so set your expectations accordingly. 

What I appreciate the most about Cofomo is how they care about the employees. I also admire very much the flat structure of the organization allowing everyone including the executives, managers, experts and specialists work at the same place and freely/easily collaborate. This flat structure makes the workplace more humane.

Big deception; on paper everything looks great but once you start working you really realize what you got yourself into.
You have to give 3 weeks notice before quitting; but they can terminate you for what ever reason with no notice at all.
*** you get paid once a month.... after a month.....****
