- Work with the HR business partners and line managers to understand the business requirement on recruitment in national
- Select the suitable channel and post the positions to the internal and external channels
- Source the appropriate candidates for line manager's interview
- Make and coordinate the overall interview arrangement
- Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates
- Prepare on boarding documents and coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly.
- Maintain recruitment tracking list and provide recruiting information for KPI tracking.
- Provide consultancy to the line managers throughout the overall recruitment process
- Enhance employer branding throughout the overall recruitment process

The hardest thing to accept is the unjust outcome of some situation that are totally out of your sphere of influence . 
The most enjoyable part of a job is to see the plan unfold and see the faces of the people that benefit from the outcome.

•	Processed orders by telephone, fax, email, effectively demonstrated math skills, tracked and reviewed the status of current orders / Cancelled / modified customer orders
•	Applied credits / ensured compliance to inventory processes and procedures 
•	Responded to customer inquiries in relating to inventory availability, pricing and delivery times. Manage sample order process from order entry to delivery
•	Resolved pricing errors, discontinued products. Export customer orders through EDI to achieve accurate line fill and order cycle time
•	Demonstrated the ability to pay close attention to detail, Possessed high standard of integrity and reliability was able to prove the ability to work independently

Colgate has changed over the years.  Back when I started, there were many opportunities to grow your career as long as you were willing to relocate to another country.  However, times have changed as positions have been merged or migrated to shared service centers in India, Poland or Mexico.  If you work for the company, it is good to learn as much as you can, but you should seek outside opportunities once you have done so.

Colgate Palmolive has a very good work culture. The company has been a pay master along with giving employees equal opportunity to grow within the organization. The Management at Colgate is extremely down to earth and understanding.

The tough part about the job was monthend closings but it was fun and a good learning experience.

The most enjoyable part have also been monthend and quarterend reportings as it was a great learning and a time for the team to unite with each other

Management and HR are acting in a juvenile behavior in how they treat employees and interviewing.  They will contact you, then disappear and ignore you as if you are participating in a low class dating app. Extremely unprofessional, some don't even bother to show up for interviews scheduled, and you are left hanging. Inexperienced management and HR who have no idea how to communicate with people.

-A typical week includes one office day along with 4 'ride along' days
-It has been a huge learning curve coming from the Pharmaceutical Industry to this industry.
-The most enjoyable part of this job is to be Customer facing.

My work has everyday funny and challenging and I enjoying every I did.
I did transport coordination, I managed the inventory, I did tracking EOHS program, I Was coordinating to the Commercial área and report to General Manager every Day all issues of the operation.

Everyday its amazing the challenge to take issues Was motivating to me, attend all of requeriments all áreas like a Commertial, customers intern and extern, providers and to do all task to repair in the building .
