I had a great day as a volunteer.
I learned how to explain scientific terms to kids.
The management was great.
The workplace was good.
The hardest part of the job was to not sit during the event.
The most enjoyable part of the job was to promote science to kids so that they can discover that studying in science is fun.

Meeting with younger students and helping them with their homework. 
How to manage my teaching methods (having to adjust depending on their level of difficulty and so forth)
I already had my own school hours so it was difficult juggling my schedule 
Seeing them improve with a better grade after a new exam

Loved working with the kids, hard to be accepted in the employees group, a lot of miscommunication between my superior and the school's director, lack of maturity and professionalism from some employees.

It was a nice working experience. We had a lot of fun activities planned and it was easy to integrate myself in the working environment. We had freedom to chose which activities to supervise and which games we organized.

The job was fun and interesting. Lots of different activities and I love interacting with people from different age groups and roles (parents, co-workers, supervisors, children).

Being at this school, I know lots of people from the staff, coaches and all of it. But even for those who come from the outside, it is a great environment to work in with very caring people.

The kids were awesome but the admin was bad for communication to their employees. I liked working with the kids, but the management was difficult to follow and not flexible at all.
