Great people, great office culture. It takes about a year to fully learn the role, but it’s a fast-paced environment with plenty to keep you engaged. There’s always something happening — from exciting projects to regular social activities — making it a vibrant place to come to everyday.

Fast-paced environment with tight, often stressful deadlines. Most people are great, though experiences can vary. A challenging place where you learn a lot.

The work is straight forward but can be higher in volume depending on project phases and time of year. Lots of support for learning and growing in your role. Opportunities are there to advance and challenge yourself if you ask for it. 

Office culture is friendly and generally laid back. Great people and great teams! I’m proud to be here. 

Made me feel like part of a team overcoming new tasks everyday. Any criticism I received was constructive and result-oriented. Gave me a hands-on understanding of how buildings are built and the processes involved with organizing sub-trades on site.

I am a dedicated worker who just found myself in a strange circumstance. I quit a great job to further my career and now dislike my current position. I would like to find something less stressful before this position leads to unwanted health issues.

Great employee benefits, not much room for advancement or opportunity for continuing education.
Up to date use of apps to help streamline construction

I enjoyed my short time with CSL. The staff are really nice. Pay and Benefits are top notch but long work hours, including weekends. Projects are diverse with lots of team support.

There is no room for advancement they have their core group of supervisors. The benefit package was okay. They matched a RRSP with any money you put in to it. But like l said no room for advancement.

CSL is a great place to work!!! Lots of young professionals having a positive influence on the construction industry. I would recommend CSL to anyone!
