Managed, trained and led teams of up to 24 collectors and inspired them to achieve their targets and quotas efficiently. Demonstrated strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Corresponded with financial institutions regarding credit cards and student loans to help bring student accounts up-to-date.
• Successfully assisted Collectcorp in gaining market share in the Student Loans portfolios, allowing the firm to acquire new business from various companies.

As a team lead a typical day at work would be to start the shift with a team meeting to help motivate and give updated information for call handling.   As a team lead I also provided information daily to operations managers, for example team performance, call monitoring results,  and client requirements for call handling.  The hardest part of the job was delivering bad call monitoring results to agents.  The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my team mates, training them on how to handle different scenarios with customers on both the inbound and outbound programs.

CollectCorp is a wonderful company to work for, they have diverse people working for them which makes every single day at work interesting as you get to kearn something new every day. The hardest part of the job was to collect debt from a customer not willing to pay at all but one god thing was to get hourly rewads for the highest collector.

I started work at 8 am and ended around 6pm. I worked in the account payable department where I process payments and set up payment plans for a Energy company located in the states. I also did customer service and conflict resolution.

One of my most interesting positions I would recommend this company to anybody interested in the collection business great training. Started with a comprehensive training program and promotion available as soon as you show your worth. Five stars.

Ignore the noise and concentrate on your own work; supervisor and manager were supportive. Can be noisy at times as there are no walls or cubicles.    

Managers kept collectors motivated by introducing multiple campaigns to increase the productivity.
Commissions were great for well-performed collectors.
Gifts were provided to the team with outstanding performances.
Great work environment

I liked working there,  people there had good attitude,  training to speak with clients was good..  my typing speed improved,  helping clients out with their problems on how to deal with their money arrangements, and to close a deal.. making people happy.

I loved to be apart of this company. It was a HONOR to arrive daily to work with kind hearted intelligent individuals.
Upper Management recognized and appreciated all employees in all departments

this is the place dreams go to die, culture is viscous, management poorly put together , and staff are so negative, you want to have thick skin to deal with the people you are calling and thicker skin to work with the staff
