The store I work in is like a small family and I've been here for almost 3 years. We all work well together and know what needs to be done. As a result, we don't get any mirco-managing from Head Office and they allow us to do the jobs we were all hired for with little to no influence from them. If or when there is an issue, H/O is there for us and able to help us when needed. There are not a lot of perks to set them aside from any other companies, however the pace and culture make up for that. (These days in this industry perks are slim anywhere.) The pay could also be more competitive but who doesn't wish they could make just a little more. As it stands right now, pay would be considered average, but not low.  After being in the workforce for over 32 years, this is the first time in many years I find myself NOT periodically surfing the jobs ads to see what else is out there. This has been a very good company to work for. Stress levels & work loads are manageable, people are friendly, the company is fair. 

The Collision Kings Group is an experienced,  growing group with huge future potential. Amazing people at all levels of the company, from the detailers to the senior management. Customer service and quality of work is at the highest priority and everyone individually takes pride in contributing to that standard. With any automotive industry job position comes high stress situations periodically, but the professionalism, experience and support in the Collision Kings Group is exceptional. Every position in this company provides massive room to grow. Hard work and consistency dose not go unnoticed. 

Working here as a technician will earn you the least amount of hours while somehow working the most hours you can possibly put in. 
Management likes to micro-manage everyone and put annoying pressure on you to complete tasks in order to push as many dollars out the door. 
There is seldom any appreciation shown. The management has no idea of how to run a shop efficiently and does not take accountability for mistakes, but rather shift blame onto hardworking employees and tell you empty words. 
I do not recommend working here as it is not worth the stress.

If you like being treated like you just arrived out of high school this is the place to work ! In my short time of being employed at Carstar Eastlake I can honestly say i never had a good day working there. EVERY single employee wants to quit and constantly complains about management, work, other employees, especially the production manager. I have Never worked with such miserable immature staff. Moreover I was directly lied to about how many hours I would make and as a result left. But if you like being part of thee best drama show in town apply!

Collision Kings is a very busy group in the collision industry. The team at our location are great to work with and the people from our other locations are very helpful and we all work well together. Management is very willing to answer any questions and to roll up their sleeves to help when required. There are lots of opportunities to grow within our organization and expansion is planned in the future. 

Collision Kings was a great employer as they take pride in their employees development and training. I always felt I had a great work, life, balance while working there. They often develop and promote within the company, giving many opportunities of growth. I was always treated fairly, with dignity and felt heard by management. I was able to work with autonomy and independence and always had support when I needed it. 

This company gives zero care to their employees, they value profits and sales over the well-being of their staff

The owner is always too worried about hitting numbers to fulfill his loans & debts at the price of a very high pressure environment with huge staff burnout and turnover

Senior "management" has zero idea about the business and just sit pretty at their desk and blame everyone else when something has gone wrong

I have worked with Collision Kings Group for a year and a half now and I can't say enough good things about the Workplace culture and environment. The management and staff are friendly and reasonable. Everyone is extremely helpful and willing to take time out of their day to assist customers and other staff.

Ask people how long they have been there or better how long they are staying.  High turnover doesn’t even begin to describe.  Turning a blind eye to the problems has ownership with their head in the sand and a big part of the problem. 
Toxic, micromanaging, inexperienced
 I’ve never worked in an environment that the words didn’t match the actions as much as this place.  

Use to be a good place to work years back until management got rid/chased everyone out. All they care about is their numbers, no appreciation for any of the hard work you do. Literally got told that I was just a number in the company and tried to push me out so they didn’t have to pay me severance. Avoid this company.
