After I clock in, I learn the sales and promotions of the day/week. Once the sales have been gone over with the employees, the manager would go on a conference call to talk about other store success throughout the company. Management always kept making sure that the store was running in the best possible form that it could be in, even when times got super tough. Always kept the work place in a great mood. The culture of the workplace was very friendly. We always got along with one another and often joked with each other, while maintaining a professional environment. The hardest part of the job would have had to have been when the store would get quiet and not as busy when we had to keep up with our daily quota. However, it left us with more of a challenge. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with the customers and getting to know them as time went on. The more and more that they would come into the store the even more exciting and enjoyment of the day would be brought forward.

Fun place to work and meet new people daily. However, the salary did not reflect the amount of work required from staff. Coworkers were fun to work with and I enjoyed working with the team. Supportive Management that provided the tools necessary for the professional development of staff. The hardest part of the job is the amount of work required to do for weekly visual presentations and moving of product as well business analysis.

This is my first job in a retail clothing store and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far.  I have loved working with the Manager of the store and the assistant manager and all the other associates are all very friendly.  I have been trained in all areas of the store function and I feel like a productive member of the team.

Friendly colleagues, always helpful and supportive. Absolutely not toxic place of work. This is why I stayed almost 10 years in the company. It was really hard to leave the workplace but unfortunately I had to due to shortage of work, Otherwise I could see myself retiring from Comark. Very pleasant and supportive President to all

I was hired as a Payroll administrator but more time was send on doing filing and communicating with stores dealing with issues and resolving them. People were friendly and location was great.

This job taught me a lot about working in retail and management. However there was very little room for advancement, and the compensation was low compared to other similar stores.

The company provides an exellent training. Your schedule is flexible.
Management cares about the employees. I learned a lot  and my co-workers were really helpfull.

Like a typical retail job, you have to meet sales quotas. If you have a passion for fashion, this is a good job for you. My co-workers were like family, and we looked out for each other.

It was a decent entry level job. But management is negative and competitive based. It's not a healthy team environment. Less than ideal pay for the job/hours/parking etc.
