This job was  special to me as I was able to build professional relationships with my clients as I got time to get to know them .
I very much enjoy being able to help people and being able to make my own schedule, I would have stayed at this job longer but the only problem is the fact that I had to bus to every clients home ,without a vehicle this job was not leaving me enough time in the day to get as many clients in as I needed to in-order to pay the bills.
This company has since been bought out by another company that I have not much information on.

My typical day at work was working as personal support worker with older people at client home, I was provied for them the best safety,   hygine,and serving the nutrustion food . I learned to be more understanding and expect their situation matter 
As management I had very friendly and respecfull with staff and worker . My experinece on workplace culture I learend understanding their culture and respect their belive  
The hardest part of the job was lifting the client if they fall by accidient 
The most enjoyable part of the job was I learned from their experience

It was great working Comcare Health Services. Given the proper training to work the clients.
Management and staff are professional which they provided us updates on the programs. 
The hardest part was working on a rotating shift which is difficult for me during growing up years for kids.
The most enjoyable part of the job was giving the care and needs of the clients.

Working one on one with their clients in private homes was fun and rewarding.  Working shifts in nursing homes was terrible and emotionally draining.  I was trained to do Palliative care but soon got burned out due to the sadness of people passing away all the time.  Assignments were not always handed out fairly, seemed to be favoritism at play here.

I provided in-home care, personal care,exercises, meal preparation,companionship as well as helping dementia and palliative care clients. I enjoyed helping my clients every day just talking to them while i gave care i would learn about their cultures as well as their way of life.

You really didn’t know if you had a job one day and then out the next , they made you feel that insecure.
Nice little office , enjoyed working with staff within office setting , very efficient at what they did.

The company has lots of clients so work is not scarce, however, turnover rate is high so the work load could be quite demanding.  Schedulers are difficult to deal with and often assign you to remote areas where public transportation is not easily accessible.

I enjoyed working at Comcare ,had take maternity leave.
Found it hard to go back after daughter was born.
Really enjoyed meeting people,helping them.

As a part time staff member, I found the office to be well-run, and work was consistently processed quickly and efficiently.  There was not a lot of face-to-face interaction with clients; most contact was done by phone or email.

worked as a casual, very rare to have set hours, changed clients constantly, no consistency. Hardest part of the job was not being able to continue with clients whom had become used to you.
