I am a senior agent for the claims department. I take supervisor calls and followup on service claims for customers and make sure the repair service is done efficiently and adequately. I have 12 agents that report to me as a senior for advice on how to deal with difficult situations and customers.

The most enjoyable part of my job is giving customer satisfaction and know I did something to help out our customers and also helping our co workers.

I work closely with my Director and it is really pleasant Working with Ms Joanne Turpin.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Like a family and lots of fun . Accommodating as well 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not stressful for me but it is a call center so back to back calls

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is from home but they do company events and have reunions so we can all learn about eachother and the culture is like family

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answer calls and emails 50+ some days

Excellent management that truly supports the team. There are strong opportunities for growth and career development, and the culture is positive and collaborative. The company also offers flexible options like remote work, which makes work-life balance easier. Overall, Comerco has a welcoming culture and great support from leadership, highly recommended!

The title says it all : Nice place to start a career especially if you project yourself in a bilingual field/place. The way you are treated as an employee is decent but don't expect too much, it is a mid-size company with a limited number of benefits.

I love the flexibility and the trust that i get from my supervisor and from the company in general. I work in Customer care department and the business hours are very reasonable compared to other call centers. I also get to work from home which makes such a big difference in my life ! I recommand this place !

This is best call center I worked for. Plus, they went above, and beyond, to prioritize the employees without making you feel like you're a number.  Also, they were open to suggestions, as well as discussing personal stuff. Ultimately, the only knock is the pay 

Great place to work if you're looking for a pleasant environment and flexible conditions. I recommend this place for anyone who likes to work in customer service field. Salary is decent considering this is a small company. Overall great place and fun team to work with.

Good place for temp students. This place is run like a cult, plenty of times i notified my supervisor of mistakes other employes had done, i was told to correct others mistakes as i was paid. Management is like kids running parents business. 

Great place to get experience the team and coworkers are very friendly, I think that the management could be better, they made very bad décisions and jugement while I was there otherwise relativly great experience.

In general, good place to work at, I learned a lot, management is supportive, teamwork and  cooperation, the option to work from home was a big plus, the only downside is the salary
