Ill make this as short and sweet as I possibly can. First of all the management is terrible, they have a communication log in the office where you clock in and the supervisors will write horrible things about your performance for literally everyone to see. You will miss a tiny speak of dust in a corner of a room and you wont hear the end of it. Human Resources are even worse, they pretend to be your friend  and but will terminate you without compensation for no reason other than they want to hire friends or family. You can be the best worker in the world and it doesn't matter.  There is no training you have to learn everything yourself
and get reprimanded when you don't do things the way they want.  The favouritism is unreal, and  they will yell at you in front of customers depending the location you work. Please take any other job before you take this one. The reviews speak for themselves. Terrible awful vindictive people to work for. 

CCS is one of the worst companies to work for. If you're a good person, a hard worker you will be given so much extra work without any extra time or pay. You will be the one who picks up ALL the work from those who constantly call in sick. They will keep those who call in on a weekly basis and make the good workers suffer until they have to take a stress leave. They promote people into management positions who don't even have a highschool diploma. They fire people who have mental health issues without any hesitation. This is a sick and disgusting company to work for. Please, for the sake of God do not work here unless you desperately need to and then if so please find something better as soon as you can. This place is toxic.

They dont care about their workers. I was taken advantage of, they have no back up people so I was constantly told whatever state I was in I had to come in or the school would not be cleaned. They added work that I was never originally supposed to do and in the end I worked my butt off, taking 13hr shifts without being paid for overtime, with a stressful time limit of finishing, hoping for the raise they promised me when hired, just to be told that my 1$ raise would not happen for another year if at all. Which was not what I was told in the interview. So if you’re looking for a place that walks all over you and expects you to be okay with it then this is the place for you

My personal experience working for Commercial Cleaning has been fairly good, I work in a school with great people so that makes the job alot better, as for my supervisor- she is great, always there to help out when needed and is right on top of things if a problem ever arises, it is a good company to work for, the pay isn't as good as some other jobs but for what you actually have to do it isn't all that bad, we are cleaners not lawyers so if you want to make lawyer wages go to University...if you want to make money than you can...we are always hiring! As for management- I haven't had any issues with them and I have been with the company for 6 years...your job is what you make it 😀

CCS is an organized company with clear communication and processes, and with good and specialized training programs. You can grow there. As a general cleaner you have to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift and it is hard, however the culture, wage, and benefits compensate. Based on your performance, skills, and commitment you can get opportunities for internal promotions. Since the company have clients in various cities, you have the opportunity to move through them if you need it and you ask for it.

Good company to work for supervisors are amazing

Only stress I ever get is when supplies are not ordered properly and they need to hire more floaters

Work environment is good they do hire alot of Spanish people which is good very hard workers everyone works well together friendly environment

I have worked for different companies over the years and I find that Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the best. It is a very professional, detailed oriented company with a keen interest in the success of its employees both on the job and in their personal lives.
These qualities are also reflected in their supervisors. I find mine to be very knowledgeable, very helpful in regards to any questions, any concerns that arise. He is very open, supportive and reliable. Interested in my well being both on the job and off.
I am very happy and proud to work at Commercial Cleaning Services.


Learned what happened as I worked there but management is hired for projects weeks if not days beforehand and start dates / schedule constantly changes as company provides zero work guarantees. Also if any requirements are needed for project area you are expected to pay said fees and be reimbursed but if they all of a sudden don't have the work or delay project you don't get reimbursed. By far worst company I ever worked for.

My best part is that they have a good working relationship with their staff

I think there is nothing much about their day. Everything is just good.

I started working here in 2018 and have found it to be the most relaxed and flexible job I have ever had. I went from working at 3 sites part time to one site full time, as a Lead Hand. The managers have coached me several times to try and help me move up within the company and I appreciate it so much. it's nice to have leaders who see your potential and want to see you succeed. I can't wait to see how much more I can grow here
