It could have been a good place to work if management didn't micro manage, if they had parts in stock,and had quality parts
Technically support was a manual and trying to troubleshoot was like pulling teeth impossible to reach anyone for a phone call and when you did it always felt like you were bothering them 
Computer system was a nightmare and never worked properly 
My opinion upper management that has been there for many years ONLY though about themselves and everyone below management was /is just a # and nothing more 
Mechanically I could repair or replace anything BUT if I had a little help/guidance on the "technical" side of if the outcome for all people involved would have had a much different outcome 
Long story short if management actually wanted you to succeed and gave you guidance and they took responsibility it would be okay 

Don't waste your time with this company, especially if you are a trades man. They don't pay what people are worth and never have any parts in stock but want everything done now. There is no communication anywhere and things are always getting messed up. Drawings are never right and are hardly a guidline at best. Over all worst company I have ever worked for and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner Chris is a narcissist, he is extremely arrogant and never speaks to employees in a respectable manner. Don't waste your time with this dump. 

Great experience overall working here. Pace is fast and you have to think on your feet. The work is interesting and great engineering support for the production teams. Good safety culture and positive team in general. Took a pay cut during Covid and then the owner paid every penny back to the team when things recovered. Pretty rare!

These guys have their own group so if you don’t fit in with them they will push you out or get you fired they care for only themselves and don’t care about anyone else (toxic environment) the management is all over the place no one knows what’s happening and different departments get intertwined with each her when they shouldn’t be. Wages are average nothing special. Really miserable place to work at 

They never have parts in stock and they want u to get the job done right away. Very repetitive work. Shop foremen like when the work are in conflict with each other he like the service team fighting with the production team and fight with the office team u don’t work as a team it is not a good work environment. 
They are full of empty promises. Don’t even apply if u are an apprentice they don’t like send people to school. It’s a very bad place to work.

When you get cought up and run out of parts.
You will be told thats not your,get back in your cornner and dont move from there,after youb help push a pallet are the shop.
Your are told toststaw  inyourcognrg like firtiuter

Long days in field. Next to no training.shortage of work trucks. Computer database was a headache. No parts. Wish their was more time to learn the units in shop setting a computer database and that would have led to a better outcome for both parties involved.

Poisonous work environment mostly filled with ignorant and disrespectful Neanderthals. 
Safe yourself the time and pain .... just dont bother.
Safety and environmental violations on a regular basis. 
If oil spills from their machines, they squeegee it down the storm drain outside every time.

I worked here once upon a time and it was a complete waste, management likes to keep you down and keep pay very low even in this economy I'd stay very far away from this toxic shop.
High school mentality, love gossiping about each other and tend to do things very backwards. If you like putting together skids the wrong way this is the place for you!

Avoid at all cost, unless you are about to lose your house. The company is a total joke, managers are lacking integrity. Be prepared to stabbed in the back and thrown under the buss simultaneously.
