Compassionate Care

Typical day is miserable, waiting for it to be over. Everything I learned, I learned on my own. No workplace culture, no joy, no benefits, nothing to look forward to. No bonuses for workers, no incentives. Not even mental health first aid is offered or discussed, even though home care workers can be mentally drained and exhausted. You give and give and get nothing in return. Of all the companies I have worked for, big corporate ones to small town ones, this by far is the worst run and most unpleasant environment I have been in. Owner/management is not in touch with workers/clients and is absent most times when you need to talk or visit. Most times when calling to speak to owner, you're put on hold, or ignored til you hang up, or passed off to another employee.

The job is very repetitive and underwhelming. Depending on who your clients are. I spend most of the time bored out of my mind and it’s a terrible job. If you like physically demanding over mentally demanding this job isn’t for you. 

Lack of hours and somewhat disorganized and poorly managed with regards to shifts and what is going on. Seemed to have quite a turnover.  Most of my clients seemed dissatisfied with the company for different reasons themselves and had expressed it to me

Disorganized and head office is a nightmare worst company i have ever dealt with hands down! Hours are promised but never given. Clients are over lapped and expectations are unrealistic 

Most disorganized company I have ever worked for! Hands down!  They’ll have you running around all over the place. Often times, for thier  own screwups. 

Management is alright needs improvement hours are not guaranteed & you are easily forgotten. Wages are ok if you can manage to get any hours. You could be all over the place
