I don't think I have ever worked for a worse company.
You are not made to feel valuable at all. In fact, you are reminded on a regular basis that you can be easily replaced.
The only place I have ever worked where I found it hard to get up and go to work in the morning.
Management is concerned about one thing only-- sales and making more money all the time.
The work week was routinely 60 hours plus. And being paid by commission meant no overtime pay.
A further 4-6 hours per week was spent on accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ordering product and loading and organizing truck.
Spent many, many hours in service shops for numerous mechanical issues with trucks and equipment, all of it without compensation.
About the best thing I can say is that they offered a good benefits package.
Had to wear clothing with company logo on it. Were made to pay about 40% of the cost of the clothing.

Company operates with a 1990's mentality.  They do not know what Diversity or Inclusion is. Two Teams on site Team A and everyone else. Team A are the employees who have been there for many yrs. They are all friends, and have created their niche that does not allow new employees to penetrate that group. Gender defined roles (men do this, women do this)  High expectations, very little to no training, decisions are based on emotions not the needs of the business. Leadership training, and development is needed if this company wants to expand more.  Managers do not know the names of their employees, employees are made to feel less of themselves.  Only 1 sick day per year at this company for the employees Team A gets as many a they want.

Stocking shelves,picking and packing orders for deliveries their was nothing I disliked. A valuable lesson I learned from my job was not to get involved with idol gossip, hard to do with many co-workers.

The hardest part of my job was being the G.M.'s spouse, but tried my hardest to ignore that title.

The most enjoyable part of my job were the company functions, bbq's, xmas parties etc., what a great way to mingle with co-workers and get to know them as real people and not a #.

Very stressful place to work with no cares given to you. Will over work you and continue to expect more and more from you will little to no support. You will be forced to work over hours every day work for free on days off and continue to go far above and beyond what your job entails all while on salary which will equal out to you making less than 5$ an hour 

Just an overall great place to work with a lot of opportunities for advancement. They care about their employees. Busy and fast paced workdays. I was able to work from just an office clerk to the position I had when I left.

It's a very physically demanding job with the average hours being between 12-14 per day. It pays well but you work yourself extremely hard so be prepared. Decent people to work with however.

Don’t work for this company ever. Will regret it eventually. Not really a good environment to work with them. They have training procedures for 1 month but they want to train you within 1 day because nobody stay longer for this company. 

you have to loud your truck and make sure u have all items and then drive them to all the stores and stock them on to the shelf and rotate everything and take the money for the shipment and send in all the paper work and money.

A typical day at work where I work now is a fun great environment. I enjoy all the people I work with now. The bosses and co_workers are great awesome people to work with and be around. I enjoy being at work and showing evryday.

It was a job. Didn't feel pay was accurate for work load. Never got promised raises. Management was very micro managing. Barely paid for cell phone even though a smart phone was required
