A typical day for me consisted of troubleshooting, & switching between the crews helping anyone who needed a hand and offering support and guidance when required. 
I had great opportunities to learn different ways to approach the different problems and tasks as they came up.
Management had some issues when it came to getting information out to the Foremen, but were otherwise fairly easy to deal with.
Most of my co-workers had the ambition and drive to focus on the task at hand and come up with their own solutions before asking for help, they also were willing to ask for help when required instead of struggling with their job out of pride.
The hardest part of the job for me was having to wait longer than we should have for answers, approvals, and material.

From the beginning i could tell that Concept was going through issues. The first experience I had in orientation was being told I would have to pay 50$ for sub par PPE. 6 months or so in, wholesalers started to refuse to talk and take material orders from foreman. Until the day that Concept went into receivership the atmosphere on the site I was at was gloomy and depressing.

Opportunity to do tube bending daily for the course of the job. Challenging situations leading to job satisfaction. Excellent, well organized and well equipped crew with good on site supervision. Good safety ethic and culture.
The hardest part of the job was meeting my own standards.
Most enjoyable part was the satisfaction of a job well and safely completed plus the camaraderie among crew members.

New management (last 2 years) is shady. Prematurely promoted and they have a lot of "growing up to do". Many very good and well respected industry leaders have come and left as the culture there promotes people for doing things perhaps in not the most professional manner in the quest to turn good margins.

Completed whatever electrical task was given to me. Learned new ways to complete procedures as well as new procedures. The site I worked on was managed by great guys which makes for a no stress work day which is great. Felt like family working there I made some really great friends.

I enjoyed working for concept electric for 4 years. Unfortunately they have gone out of business. Bad estimating and quoting of jobs as well as poor upper management resulted in the company owing the bank too much money to continue operation.

Concept will put emphasis on building strong relationships with their employees.  They treat their employees with respect and not as a resource.   If you show initiative as an apprentice Concept can help you learn anything.

This was a good place to work for.  I learned a lot at Concept and was happy working there.  The people are good and the owner is great.  There was room for advancement while not feeling like a huge company.

Watch out for the bus.

Company amazing.
