this enterprise grew so much in the last 4 years and everyone got the chance to be part of this project. Our input is appreciated.
it surely brings its load of challenges to be in a fast growing environment as we do trial and errors, change processes,  but its always for the best.
some people who like repetitive tasks and not to be disrupted might not like this type of environment,but people who are adaptable, organised and like to be always busy and challenged as a team will really enjoy working here

Fast growing company offering opportunity for advancement, good comp and growing benefits. If you are motivated by challenges and are looking for a secure and stable place, this is one of the few left. Over 150 employees but feels like a big family. Social activities and team work. Work hard but love the challenges and opportunities.

Micro management no respect of employees no recognition no raises no job definition very hard to manage project since there is no long vision
Advice to Management
Stop micro manage and respect employees by being grateful and create a real annual review plan and share the wealth with bonuses

Need to be loyal with their employees more time given during the holidays. Much more training in each department. Managers need to be partial with their employees and not have little pets to do their dirty work.

This company is always looking for project coordinator...Bad or practically no training offered.
Beautiful business with a lot of potential,but with the complexity of the business, require at lest 6 months of good proper training,which they are not willing to give you or afford...
They can not recognize talent when they see it....

No security when work slowed they cut personal. Management often used the term ''thrown under the bus''. Always seems to be in a state of flux and constantly changing direction. HR is the worst!

Great sraff and great new management team. Fast pace and expanding so definitely place to grow very quickly.
