Self- directed job as your vehicle is your office. The goal of 25 tickets a day on average is achievable. Ensuring all officers are meeting this criteria and helping them reach this goal was also a priority. The City governs the direction of the operation. It can get stressful when you cannot find citations for an hour or so but eventually averages out. It does take a certain character to be successful in this job- as you do get a fair amount of negative and -at times- violent reactions by issuing tickets. The top out pay should be higher at the supervisory level with more advancement in growth- which was lacking.

Challenging but rewarding work.  Provide daily support and solutions to parking enforcement staff and also receive support and knowledge from the managment team.  Through my time at Concord, I have learned a great deal about the parking enforcement operation and utilizing my own skills and experience provided thoughtful discussion on day to day solutions.  Inclusive workplace culture and incredibly fast paced environment leading to quick days.

I was positively accepted as a beginner of the position granted. My express of being positively absorbed is on the facts I was hired, trained and maintained respectfully.  I really feel appreciated & respected, not just primarily, but consistently up to today since day #1(which was twelve months ago). 

Respectfully, to them I bow. 

Everyone is really friendly and supportive. Company is flexible with a work-life balance. The job is different everyday so it keeps things exciting. Always learning new things and the company seems to be growing, which is great. 

Overall enjoyed my employment with the company. Has higher turn around. Takes time to learn about but sharing experiences with others has helped so much. Learned valuable experiences during my employment. Manager and CSM were easy to talk with when needed. 

no time to have a break, no stopping, not allowed to touch phone even if we get break. the job was whack, head office would consistently complain about small things such as breaking to hard or accidentally going over a speed bump to fast. no privacy camera always on in the vehicles. no job security. Laid off within 6 months of hire

I love working for Concord Parking! The company has a lot of career progression opportunities and the management team is approachable and really cares about their employees. The company is growing, so it has been fun to be a part of that. 

The Management is more worried about how they look . It is a very stressful job where they are never satisfied and  always want more from you with no breaks .They never trust the employees or give you a chance to explain anything you are always in the wrong .It is a very stressful job with no benefits.

I worked for concord parking for many years and watched it slowly descend into a messy toxic work environment. Where the hard working employees were just leaned on to get the job done and the others would get promoted. I would not recommend working here in any way.
