Working at the CAO, you are  given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and specifically target the skills you want to refine. Given the size of the company, employees tend to wear multiple hats and are exposed to exciting work.
There is a huge focus on training and personal development and management have provided multiple channels for learning.
Diversity and inclusion are at the core of the CAO. All employees contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture where everyone's ideas are respected and heard.
The work is fast-paced; there's never a dull moment.
The company adopts agile methodology and is able to adapt quickly to changes. Approvals and decision-making is efficient.

CAO is a perfect organization to work for. Tho small, the team works cohesively to ensure that projects are done on time and that the necessary supports needed are there.

The team has these fun Friday games that brings the team together but also create a light-hearted environment. The CAO is a very diverse organization that has people from every background working there and working well together. 

Overall, I would recommend CAO over and over again. There will be lots of laughs.

Did not like the job at all. You basically answer calls which can range anywhere from very simple to outrageously annoying. You're required to pinpoint specific references and sections in the Condo Act and explains this to callers and when they ask for clarification.. You're response will always be "we do not provide legal advice, only legal information." So get ready to repeat yourself and argue with clients all day and have angry clients feel like you couldn't help them. Most clients think your job is useless. Management is ok but subpar to say the least. Not a good customer service job in my opinion.  Culture is weird and so are a few staff members. Training was stressful and obnoxious.

 I had multiple files go through 15 stages of revision, The final copy was reviewed a few more times, this isn't an uncommon occurrence. Management never listens or cares to listen certain limitations that a program may have. Lack of overall understanding of the general company. Management micro manages everything. Very stressful environment, with a lack of understand, communication and knowledge. 

Perhaps worst job experience you could get starting out. They under employ people and hire people to higher positions outside of the organization often. Seldom promote internal staff and lack respect for additional credentials obtained by staff under their employment. By the time they have ruined your spirit you will not have the energy to advance and will need to quit to gain some self respect back. 

Had many issues understanding some of the techniques but coworkers helped me solve them at every turn.  I love working in a place where people help each other when faced with problems.

- Diversity
- Management is good and responsible
- Compensation and benefits are good. Cost-of-living is generally taken into account. Also offers RRSP matching, large health spending account, good vacation time.

You work in a great environment.  The company is small but what you learn is way above par than you would in a large company.  The teams are diverse so you get to work with different people of all culture.

condominium authority of Ontario is a professional and collegial environment where people are respectful and courteous of each other. It has excellent workplace culture with good work life balance, and Management has integrity. 

-There was Micro Management, Criticism , Politics from Senior Management ( Director of IT ).
- Hardest part id to deal with reporting manager who'll criticize you one or other way
