I Have been employed by Condor for the last 1 plus year. My typical day at work involves access controls, patrolling key points in the building, receive and process packages and mails, writing reports and most importantly customer service - taking care of residents complaints and requests. Before taking this job, I worked in a commercial set up(bank). I learn starting from access controls to customer service, every day.  When it comes to Management at Condor, I am very impressed by how they conduct business on a day to day basis dealing with the employees' issues, employee training and employee placements etc. When I visit their head office I see young talented supervisors and operations coordinators brimming with high confidence level working efficiently to resolve issues and take care of things. When it comes to work culture, all the co-workers are very professionals and easy to work with. If I have to say anything about the hardest part of the work, it would be achieve 110 percent to protect safety and security of all the occupants in the building. And when it comes to most enjoyable part of the job is to see the smiling faces of the occupants and the satisfaction I get when I resolve an issue and connect to residents. All in all I truly enjoy working for Condor.

I have had a great experience working with Condor Security Inc. The uniform is smart and professional and the workplaces are exclusive and sophisticated. The Management strongly emphasizes on professional development and ensures that their employees stay motivated. The Supervisors are very understanding and supportive.They make sure employees stay safe and are respected at work.

Condor Security Inc. is an epitome of  "Service Above Self". As a Condor employee, i consider myself  privileged to be a part of such a dynamic and evolving team. The dedication and support that is exhibited by management each day to both internal and external customers is second to none. This gives me an opportunity as an individual to continuously work hard, to maintain the company's exclusive standards. The conducive working atmosphere that is provided by the Condor management team, the on going training programs administered to staff and the various site visits by the Mobile Patrol Supervisors Team are some of the myriad ways that Condor demonstrates the high level of interest that they have in each employee and  their way of showing us that we are never alone. The choice to work for Condor Security Inc. has been one of my best decisions yet. I look forward to great things with Condor.

This company had potential in the beginning.  I felt good at first, but eventually things went south due to their lack of organization, disrespect, dismissive attitude, intimidation tactics, and the fact that they don't pay close attention to the people they hire. Many supervisors and MPS are not fit for the job. They bully other staff, intimidate and gaslight them. It gives guards a sense of helplessness until eventually many quit. There is a lot of unfairness and misjudgements. 
This is why this company has a high turnover rate. Their workers feel disrespected and unheard. 

The company also works through favoritism which creates a very uncomfortable energy. 

They try to create a team mentality and energy in the company, but no one really feels like part of the team. Everyone is competitive and passive aggressive with each other. 


The organization is still learning and growing at good pace by following high standards while competing with bigger agencies in Ontario . Management is not bad[as some people say], they listen to you and process your requests accordingly and results are favorable. If you do good job, the management's job will also look good to you[stop complaining]. The only problem I had was hike in my pay rate. They increased it once but only by a dollar. I deserved more! The position I worked as gave me good reputation and helped me in enhancing my skills. Most of the times the work is routine but you can expect hectic situations at times. The property management on site were always impressed with my work. Overall, the company is really good, they have good working sites and opportunities but don't expect more than industry wide salaries.I can work for them again if they are willing to pay as I desire.

"If it looks too good to be true, it's probably not." 

Condor Security looks good from the out side soley because they advertise the ISO9001 and their multiple training courses. However... This company does not care about their employers: they will force you (literally) to work a 8 hour+ shift, 2-3 hours away with a 1 hour notice when you are scheduled for a day off. If you refuse, they will tell you that you are not showing "initiative" or state that you are not "professional." A majority of the time your pay is 3 days late. You wont be acknowledge for Post Secondary Education in  Law Enforcement. This Company is only good if you do not care about Work/ Life balance and health for minimum wage... 


as for the Concierge job: amazing experience and great atmosphere, but it's more customer service than security.

Terrible company to work for not understanding about unforseen circumstances to miss work they give a warning letter despite a vaild excuse to miss work on short notice no pay raises in 7 years I have been with the company terrible working conditions they treat workers with disrespect they don't care about anybody or anything besides their business and will not let anyone stand in the way of their business unreasonable supervisors not understanding highly do not recommend this company to work for any other security company in Ontario or Canada is better they force you to pay for uniforms and accuse you of doing things you are not responsible for and sometimes charge you money off your paycheque which is not okay. Please do not apply to this company you would be making a big mistake they are a heartless company.

I have been working with condor security for almost an year now and am happy to be a part of it. One having a great desire for professionalism, Quality services and who is career oriented should definitely go for  Condor Security. training programs are held regularly, for the employees to help them deal with emergency situations like flood, fire etc. Condor provides a platform where a person can grow professionally and personally. Being a concierge and Dealing with people, tackling tough situations and connecting to people made me confident, focused and patient ,these factors will help me my whole life. 
Also. The company  look after their employees, respect them, provide Competitive Salary, and prioritize the safety of their workers. They have respectful , helpful and experienced management that is always ready to listen to their employees concerns.
