What is the best part of working at the company?
I did a very good job working a territory that previously was poorly maintained and the equipment supplied was incredibly in bad shape. 
I worked extremely hard and efficiently and was docked three days pay for a week I put 34 hours in on the road. Company expects 35
When I raised a complaint of being docked I was dismissed by two very weak territory managers who have no clue how to work with people.
Mondoux isn’t bad. But they have really weak middle management. I would avoid them 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor management and equipment 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic 
They don’t pay for time worked. Equipment is pitiful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12 hours and management demands more

The initial challenge for me was the handling of cash and cheques and properly doing the mathematics to fill out bank reconciliation forms weekly. I received no vehicle training and this caused me to be ill prepared for all of the driving with a large trailer. I was inadequately trained and as a result, unprepared for this line of work. I did however excel at the sales and customer service aspect of the job and very much enjoyed that part of the job and I had the opportunity to travel the province. When I received my tax return, it was discovered that the company had apparently filed in my T4's under Quebec tax rates and this messed up my tax return. this was a mistake on the company as they knew I live in a different province.

I worked for 4 years for this company, they are anti Ontario,  they work to charge back your profit anyway they can.  Their commission system is set up to take a major portion of you commissions and leave you in the red. read the contract thoroughly many fine prints in there. Anything promised must be WRITTEN in the contract. Not a company that keeps it's word.

The office staff are very accommodating. They are very supportive and allow me full autonomy to make decisions in my territory. Great communication and updates from the leadership team. This company is in growth mode and have a lot of opportunity for growth. 

Family-owned business with amazing culture! Teamwork, passion, surpassing oneself and respect are important values of the company. Very agile environment that promotes the development of skills! I highly recommend this company! Congrats to Confiserie Mondoux!

Unfortunately, the management team is inexperienced and poor at handling people. The workplace culture suffers as a result, and it’s not a healthy environment to stay in long term unless leadership changes.”

There's no job security. Kicked me out because my wife was pregnant and left me with no job one week before my wife gave birth. Never again. Really stressful and no empathy for their employees. 

Mondoux Confectionery Inc. had a flexible work environment with fair pay and compensation.

Fair performance based bonus structure.

Management team was supportive.

Worst company I’ve worked for micro manage company employer was not giving my paycheck and kept my bonuses away from me also was working 6 days a week no help from the manager
