Connects Wireless

I have been with Connects Wireless for a number of years and have found them to be a great company to work with. 
I work from my home office performing corporate customer sales and support.

I work with a team of professionals at Connects Wireless as well as larger team of product specialists outside of the company.
The work is usually focused on serving clients and their needs by phone/email or appointment, the day usually goes by quite quickly.

The managers are fair and flexible, I enjoy culture of people they employ.
I have learned a great deal about the wireless industry working with them, there is lots to know but the training is good.
I would recommend anyone who is looking to grow in sales or knowledge in the wireless technology industry to look for opportunities within Connects Wireless.

A very unorganized company. They have staff that believe in stomping on others in order to succeed. They enjoy pushing people out with deceitful tactics. The owner and supervisors do nothing except encourage their behaviour   They cannot figure out why they can’t get people to work for them and if they do hire someone then why they refuse to say with the company. Perhaps it’s time to look deeper into the problem and rectify it. The more they keep staff that does this the more issues they will have hiring people and keeping them on. I personally know know people and companies who refuse to bring their services to them because of this ongoing issue. 

-selling , problem solving and advising customers the best choice for their life style
-I've learned to take every customer that walks in as though they have never owned a cell phone 
-I am a good manager due to being my workers equivalent and helping them reach their goals and being a team player in coaching them to reach their highest potential in sales
-staying focused on the end result at all times and that's succeeding in sales
-constantly challenging myself and my employees to reach their goals and beyond

Overall, Connects Wireless is a great company to work for. If you are willing to learn then you can make good commissions. There is good communication through all the stores even though they are located across BC. If you need help, someone is always a phone call away and happy to help you out as it is a team atmosphere. 

This is a good company to work for.  Management, the other employees and other store locations are always willing and able to help you out.  There is good potential to make money if you are willing to put in the time and effort it takes to learn and sell.  

I can not express how much this company looks out for its employees.  Even though the stores are spread across BC there is not a time you can not reach out and get help.  We all look out for each other, whether it is work or personal.  The team dynamic is very, very strong.

Manager was awesome, but getting paid less than working at a competitor was interesting. There was not a whole lot to do, the customers were sub par at best.  I didn't feel respected, the tasks I got were completely out of what I should be doing. 

I loved my job but I hated sitting in those chairs on those computers all day I loved being on the floor selling the commission was decent but theres no one go cover for you on saturdays

This Company encourages growth and development. Always encouraging and positive coaching through out your career. Amazing work life balance is reminded that you need you time.
