The best company I have ever experienced in filling Merchandising/ Sales/experiential roles. They were very balanced in distributing projects/ assignments to the appropriate workers.I admire this company because in comparison to others who only assign those  on Field teams who for some reason have gained their favor  and not others who will do the job just as good or better. This way you don't find yourself employed but out of work..This way everyone gets working  and the scale isn't tipped in just one direction.An excellent place to work. There were many fun and exciting jobs and a Management Team that was very professional and understanding in all the necessary ways to prolong workers interest and attitude in any project.. Full support  by Phone, Conference Call and Shadowing in field for new comers.. Excellent client Base..

weather running a promotion on my own or with a group, I always had fun.
With the training I received I knew just what to do and how to do it.

 If for some reason I had any questions, I had a person at the ready to help.

The most challenging part of this work, was finding ways to hit the daily goals. I had to think on my feet and always found ways to create excitement and engage more people.

The most enjoyable part of this job was interacting with the public and building relationships within stores.

Typical day was gathering data for contracted company. Completely independent with no management over-site, the only person you dealt with was the person who trained you and what was required during the contract. Store personal very helpful. The best part of the job to me was the data collecting and forwarding it into the data base.

I worked on the QTG program while with CIM. It was an excellent sales position with a great culture. Unfortunately, QTG ended it's partnership with CIM and we were all let go. CIM has since been purchased by Mosaic.

In the field everyday. Worked with many people at store level. The workplace culture was great.  Everyone supported each other. 
Most enjoyable part of the job was reaching all your goals as an individual and company.

Brand Ambassador for big name companies/brands, Trained in online group sessions and teleconference, Set up in store booths and made purchases for the samples with company credit card.

Very aggressive sales goals and pitch sometimes long days need to stay extra hours to meet goals and get involved with gym members and staff you need to be a gym nut it will be you second home

CIM (LAUNCH!) is am amazing company that has a great culture, with a management team that is understanding. There is flexibility and a work hard play hard attitude.

Great fun place to work. Great people. Management provides support when needed. CIM provides entry level to management positions. Alot of opportunities for summer work.
