What is the best part of working at the company?
there is nothing that made this a good workplace experience

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
14 hours days lack of breaks awful management insanely high attrition, minimal workplace safety

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
toxic, unreasonable, unsafe, overworked

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
work with hardly any instruction or leadership. work 7 hours until lunch.

Overall i did like working their,however after 4 years of very hard work,countless hours and long nights,dedication to the company and always having a can do attitude it didnt get me anywhere.
Job advancement goes to the favourite and not to someone who worked hard to earn it,this leaves a very bad burn on your mind and all of a sudden your interest is gone.

Mostly  work side environment are specially in construction side  is good (dirty) but every where in the company have lots of scientists they reaching about you and end of the job you get certificates

If company would like to join permanently every one respects you 
If they don’t want you they in directly hit you, Torching, punching,  pushing or blem indirectly 
That’s means they don’t like you and you have to quit 


Meetings in the morning as soon as we get to our job site as well as starting our equipment. After a full circle check of our equipment and instructions of what our task for the day is we then start work. Learned alot working with others and communicating in other ways than just verbal. Also alot about safety and always being aware of what other are doing.

was not a very good company to work for. family based company that im related to. really dislike the people there and how I was treated as such

Who's getting fired or layed off today?? was always on everyones mind everyday, management was very ignorant, rude and not fair at all didn't care about the employees otherwise there wouldn't be such a large turnover of people.

Really enjoyed the overall experience working at that site. Met a lot of good people. As in every job site there are the people that really do not care about responsibilities, safety or team work. To bad these people can cause so much grief. I would go back if given the opportunity.

Consun was a fun place to work, all my co-workers all got along and helped each other out when needed.
The moral was high due to everyone joking around, but when it was time to work and get serious my co-workers would get the job done in a safe and fashionable manner.

I held many positions with Consun that helped me grow in the construction industry. My positions were labourer, flagger, hot shoting, fuel & lube, packer operator, gravel scaler/dispatch trucks to designated destinations. To name a few of the things I did while working for Consun.

I am very well aware of all the responsibilities that this job encompasses, like controlling and maintaining operations of heavy equipment. I also have good skills, knowledge, coordination and excellent ability for operating foot pedals, hand wheels, levers and other controls
