What is the best part of working at the company?
The top management, supervisors and Team Leaders on my employment period time 2018 to 2021 is very supportive, flexible, patient and understanding and when there was a change of management and most of the previous superiors left, then I am not happy anymore, so I decided to leave like the rest.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The job itself is manageable because once you get used to the system and the procedure, it is fine already.  The only thing that makes it stress if your superiors are not supportive, flexible and gas lighting. I read that it is not the job that people leave but working with a colleague who is not someone you can count on and make your life hard is much more stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture and work environment is fine with me, met very nice people and very supportive at that time.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Usual day on the calls, sometimes slow sometimes back to back, sometimes irate customers some pleasant. It is always varies everyday.

-HIGHLY UNDERSTAFFED( the reason is they lose employees very frequently since they’re not a good employer. They wouldn’t even let us go for toilet breaks except once a day and always told us to drink less water!!!!! The reason they’re extremely understaffed.)
-Poor management 
-Low pay
-Documented working process keeps changing
-Very stressful for mental health specially 
-Lack of organization 
-Client company named Invitation Homes  is  very bad and troublesome.
-Cp360 expects way too much from employees. 
-They don’t provide headsets for wfh positions and keep blaming employees’ own headsets without even getting it troubleshooted by IT. They even Told me to change my headset for the 2nd time even after IT found no problem with my headset. 
-Client company has issues with anything and everything the employees do whereas their own employees are highly inefficient and they’re understaffed too. Also they’re horrible in customer service and that’s why customers called us being so annoyed with them. 
-I absolutely would not recommend Contact Point 360 


Absolutely horrid and unprofessional management that only cares about money. I honestly have to say I was totally shocked about how these managers talked to some of their employees. Very high school and conniving, embarrassing people that were new to the industry in front of all of their colleagues just because they asked a simple question to try and better themselves and their performance. Management was rude and clearly lacked training, education and a simple sense of human decency. I have worked in this industry for quite some time and I have never seen such disrespect to not only their own staff but to the people we were collecting from (people get down on tough times but they're still human). You can tell management all of your points of concern and areas they need to improve on but it will be ignored. Honestly, just apply elsewhere these people are unprincipled. 

Honestly I was hesitant to write this, but I feel it must be shared.

I work for the TrustedHousesitters campaign. The team leads are lovely people who are also just trying to do their job, but  the way management can fold when the client negatively impacts the agents is unforgivable. As agents, our concerns should be heard and respected; instead, we are forced to do triple the amount of work compared to when I first joined. I have not seen a single pay increase, even when multiple agents stepped up and asked for one. I am doing the work of multiple agents for the pay of one. I am struggling to keep my head above water with the work load, and since joining my doctor has diagnosed me with anxiety and severe depression. 

The CEO isn’t the best either. While I understand not all CEO’s can pay attention to their agents, the way the CEO speaks is so degrading. 

Unless you want to risk your mental health for a few dollars, I would steer clear of Contsctpoint360.

Working at ContactPoint 360 gave me good experience in customer service and handling different situations professionally. The work environment can be fast-paced, and you definitely learn communication and multitasking skills. Some team members and supervisors were supportive and helpful during training.

However, one thing that was difficult was the job security. The company can make sudden decisions regarding employment, and sometimes employees may not get enough notice before being let go. This creates uncertainty and stress for workers who depend on stable employment. Communication about staffing and future opportunities could be improved to help employees feel more valued and secure.

Overall, it can be a decent place to gain experience, especially for beginners in customer service or collections, but employees should also be aware that the work environment may not always feel stable long term.


I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to continue to grow into higher roles while being at CP360.  I started as an agent and have had the chance to work in almost all the departments after being promoted.  I have truly met some amazing people who have not only become my friends, but some a family away from home.  I had higher management work on building my skills, teach me about the operations of a call center and take time to put me through training/courses to better my skills.  I did not expect to stay at this job for all the years I have.  It was just supposed to be a quick stop for a Monday to Friday job, which has now turned into a possible career.  I am truly thankful for the opportunities and chances I've been given to grow here at CP.  I have referred a few friends and they also like working here too. 

Typical day at work is pretty simple, you basically answer the phone because it’s mostly inbound calls, at least for me. The management is great they are supportive so if you have a question within 1-2 min or less you have an answer. There is NO micromanagement which was a HUGE aspect for me. There is no pressure and when you make a mistake they will simply coach you on how to handle the call or the problem. Hardest part of the job would be customer mostly which is normal, we work in customer service. Most enjoyable part of the job I would say that the company does plan events which is super great for people who like it and also there’s raffle and prizes to win (: I definitely learned a LOT with the task I had which I am grateful for <3 Also, the schedule are quite flexible which is amazing !! 

The company overall is average because of their medium position employees. They lack skills in recruiting professional employees, because of their  low based salary which they convince you that it's higher than other companies. The top Mangement consists of a very respected professional people, but the employees under them lack of many things. They should be monitored more by the top Mangement because they are the reason why they keep on losing employees not to forget the tons of tasks the operation managers assign for the employees in return for a small salary or a amazon gift card as a tip. I was very excited to grow bigger in this company when I joined but turns out the opposite, you will never have a decent salary nor a respected position no matter how hard you worked.

The worst company that you will probably ever work for in your lifetime.  The pay is literally NOTHING compared to the job you’re required to do, management has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Every manager tells you something different so you pretty much have to figure it out on your own. And don’t you dare reach out to HR. You will get disliked very easily by management if you contact HR before speaking to them, even if it’s not related to them. The work hours doesn’t give you the option to have a life outside of work.  Your schedule change weekly and you’re also required to work Saturdays at random with little to no warning. They expect way too much of their employees to be this bad of a company. STAY AWAY

A typical day is working leads and calling and selling. I have learned alot at this company.  Not only about the job but also about myself.  Team leaders and bosses are always around.  you can ask as many questions.  They have what it takes to train anyone to do this job.  Flexibility in hours.  Very family based.  All the co workers are fun to work with and are eager to help you no matter what.  The hardest thing is about this job is you have to be careful about how much fun you have. The most enjoyable about this job is its from home and you have the comfort and relax sense as you work.  I would recommend anyone to come and give it a try.  I bet that you will stay and have as much fun as we have.
