I have been around Heavey equipment all my life being a farm boy and I worked in construction  since I was 16 and know how to read grade and blue print and done a lot of water and sewer mains and repairs

Iron is in good shape one of the few companies that fix and take care of equipment. Money isn't the greatest but on the most part you get treated ok by most foreman. Good place to learn but hard to get off a scraper if your good on one.

the co workers were easy to get along with and everyone got along well. Not enjoyable if you have a family and are from out-of-town. Managers and Forman's are understanding and take time to teach you if needed.

If you’d like to be watched and second guessed at every turn, this is the place for you. The wages are not comparable. The work environment is poor. The management would rather do the job then have you do it, it seems

Professional company , does things the right way. Don't cut corners. Equipment is in excellent condition and is always looked after and repaired. Paid well and all the hours I wanted. 
Wish I still worked at contour

willing to train if you have desire to learn. work in different environments and locations.

the company is excellent, one of the top high paying job, earn and gain more experience, good benefits, good career choice, but their laying off employee.

fun because i have to work at many diffident sits on same time , some time very busy because they do not have enough water trucks i like to be busy and some times very slow very boring
