I start 6:00 in the morning because the store opens at the time mentioned. The  first 2 hours is the busiest because we need to prepare everything and at the same time meeting customer needs.
I've worked for more than 5 years with them, manager and co-workers were amazing as well as customers because most of the customers were working in the office, it's almost like same customer everyday. The hardest part was baking cookies because you need to scoop frozen dough everyday, but other than that it was all great, some days we may encounter grumpy customers specially those who works really early but as we deal them nicely with a smile in our face no matter how rough their day is and we often hear good feedback from them like they can't start their day without having their coffee in our shop. The most enjoyable part was, it's because almost same customer everyday you, we get to know each of them even their names, what they usually get everyday, sharing ideas with each other, and most of all I really love dealing and meeting with different kinds of people.

I learned to pack cookies and learned to operate machine as per assigned by the company. I learned how to manage and devote my time for work and family. I learned different attitude to my co-workers as far as work is concerned.

The hardest part of the job that I encountered is when the line is mess up.

The most enjoyable part of the job is when everything is orderly and properly done after the work shift.

The most challenging part of this job was multitasking. Though the worker was already busy selling and promoting merchandise to customers, they were still required to perform many other tasks such as: answering phone call orders and clean up duties.

It was an amazing temporary job for work experience. I learnt alot during my time there and was able to experience a fast paced environment that was super fun to be in. Friendly employees with amazing cookie hungry customers. I loved putting a smile on their faces when I gave them a fresh baked cookie.

Micro managing at its finest. Grumpy people on a daily basis including owner and her partner. Favoritism present to certain staff by the Owner. Consistent embarrassment of being scolded in front of other coworkers. Lack of proper training, poor communication and unkind atmosphere on a daily basis.

This was a very fun and exciting job
I got to bake cookies and other goods
I got to learn how to make different types of drinks
I had mainly morning shift and would always get the same morning people which I would say would be my most favorite part of my day

Friendly and supportive team members,  very nice employer, it is a great place to grow. The job is not complicated, and they always give opportunity to improve, I am grateful. Their cookies are high quality.

very gossipy work place, the main thing ai enjoyed was the customers. At the hun mall location, youre mainly serving uni student and alot of my regulars were a joy to service

Fun place to work. Management willing to work with employees in terms of schedules and preference of location that you want to work at. The hardest part of the job was scooping the cookie dough.

management was very understanding that I was a full time student and worker closely with me ensuring i was comfortable with all the duties that were required of me.
