What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Busy company. Pace can be demanding at times.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very inclusive and worker focused including regular company sponsored upgrading and mandatory courses.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up, tailgate meeting, work, break, work, break, work, go home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people, a couple superintendents and some of the work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management.  Leadership, structure. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Before it became multiple unions, it was a more positive place to work. The work environment was all talk and no action. Safety department is awful. The management avoids any issue that involves conflict. Very clicky.

Problem i had with managment is favouritism over 1 specific guy. Sometimes poor preplanning from the foremen and “lead hand”. Other than the one person the rest of the crew were not bad  and were still able to execute a productive move even with poor planning. One big advantage to working here, if you can stand the “one guy” is they try to keep everyone going all year even through winter. 

I very much enjoyed working for Copcan Civil Ltd and will always look fondly at the people within the company. My position allowed for much personal growth. An opportunity for constant learning while keeping day-to-day operations running smooth as possible. Through this experience, my construction and project coordination knowledge and skills have greatly increased.

I loved working for Copcan Civil Ltd. You could have fun and joke around with the staff and managers there . But we also had a professional work environment which I loved miss working there . The incumbent came back so it was time for me to move to the journey 

The ten months that I was there it was a decent place to work,the only downfall was u could be asked to work anywhere in the province,long days,no breaks.Decent equipment, coworkers were friendly.

A good company to work for!
Everyone helps one another good work environment .
Hours can be long but job finishes early.
Organized management very approachable 

On a typical morning even though the drive was long it was very well worth it as wages compensated very well for the travel. Thanks to having a great crew this job was a piece of cake

Where to start . 
Well I truly enjoyed everyday going to work I loved my coworkers and how everyone got along and loved the humour and professionalism in the office

Loved the guys I worked with and the work we did. taught me skills I still use to this day and gave me my start in the industry. the whole company culture there is awesome and you really feel like a team.
