Business plan is to leach off other companies
Lack of respect from managers, they refer to their subordinates as 'bodies'
No decent departments to transfer to (networking,sys admin) as the company specializes in win10 migration and support 
Middle managers have as much technical knowledge as my grandmother
Toxic culture in general

Having worked for medium sized IT companies in the last 10 years, I find this company to be the least progressive and  under compensated. There is no sense of direction from upper management and employees are not rewarded for the amount of work and dedication that they put in. There is Zero concept of work life balance.   All they care for is the bottom line.

Extremely poor management. Hourly rates were terrible. Projects poorly managed and planned. People in my line of service lacked the skills to do the job. I was very much over qualified and unchallenged. Management was dishonest regarding overtime pay. They also told us 3 days before xmas that their was no work for 2wks and was going to pay us. 3days notice to plan vacation at this time going to obviously cost a lot so I didnt go. They dont care about their staff and only want to make as much of you as they can.

Company was called microage. Then sold to new owners and they named it Coreio. These people dump money into upper management’s pockets and create new management roles by the minute. New owners are busy giving extended benefits and extra money to upper management and HR. That’s how they are able to upkeep with their hair plugs, lip injections and botox treatments. From the way these new owners are running the company I will not be surprised if they lose all their accounts!

I was hired, worked and was let go a bit before the contract expired, and then hired back again, and let go again a bit before.  Strange times, but it was acceptable.

Headed up by experienced individuals with big stake in growing the company, provides motivation to help the company succeed. Benefits are good, atmosphere relatively relaxed, great co-workers.

I've never had problems with Management. They've kept me happy to an extent. But in terms of salary, they seem to not want to provide you with a salary raise even if you've been doing great and recognized for it.

You need to be in with the 'in crowd' otherwise have no chance of ever going anywhere.   Even then, a good worker is rewarded with more work and no increase in pay,

Fun Environment and Great people to work with, management always took care of their staff. Approachable and listens.

Flexible shifts  fun company activities to participate in.

Fun and interesting. Learning new things everyday. Interesting projects to work on.

Friendly and approachable management. Nice team to work with. Job could be a bit more challenging.
