Fair company, stress safety every day, the first 1-2 hours are loading up the van with packages. then the rest of the day you are on the road delivering packages.  You can ask for help from dispatch for someone to help take packages off me if your route is tough that day or sometimes they can see and will have someone contact you to take packages from you.  The routes are well organized sometimes 5 houses on the same block. When that is the case you can do 20 stops an hour.  When you have apartments or rural areas sometimes it can be bout 10 stops an hour. Generally between 100-130 stops for the day.  Once you know the areas well and get your systems down the job is great.  Good to listen to music, podcast or audiobooks while you are delivering. You should love driving and like to walk 30,000 steps a day to do this job. Overall the job is great management is approachable, firm but fair. They appreciate people who are honest and do their best.

I would use these words to describe working here: overworked, underpaid, not appreciated. Safety is "preached" in the morning meetings however is not applicable when the drivers are being sent out in poorly maintained delivery vans  which can barely function properly everyday. Any type of hard work that you provide will not be appreciated one bit, instead you will just be told to do more work after you are done your own route. They will continuously demand more work of you and leave you feeling exhausted at the end of most days. After hearing about some of the perks of working for FedEx, CanadaPost, UPS it seems as though this job is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to courier jobs. 

When you receive a route in the morning you are also told to go sort your packages in a remote area, because the company has not provided any discrete area for package sorting, instead we are just told to figure it out ourselves and face scrutiny among the public for sorting Amazon packages in different areas. A solution was promised from management but never came about. This has been an issue every since I started at this job and is quite frankly a joke.   

If you enjoy using an empty water bottle to relieve yourself inside a dilapidated van because you have no time to stop and use the proper facilities, this is the job for you.
Each day consists of loading around 150 to 200 Amaz*n packages into a tired-out and poorly maintained van and venturing out to any neighborhood on the island to deliver them.
There is no incentive to do a good job as there are no pay increases or benefits. The only time you hear from management is when something is wrong - "thank you" is not in their vocabulary. 
Safety takes a backseat to profit and volume.
Everyone is treated poorly by the company and there is constant pressure to deliver more packages in less time, but there are only so many hours in a day.
A good stop-gap job if you can cut past the noise and go at a steady pace but no place to have any type of career.
The key is to not be the fastest or the slowest, just somewhere in the middle under the radar and you'll be fine.

I started working with this company at Nanaimo warehouse 4 months ago, and in summary i can say its among few companies i ever met that you enjoy working   At night shift. Actually the presence of variables shifts is amazing because you can have as much hours as you need up to 10 hours in one shift but also you can decide to 3 hours in one shift plus you work in many days as much as you wish.
Previously it was in samll are but now they a Very big warehouse that can accommodate many people with safety in place during this CoVId . The are put in place COVID  precaution but also general safety is in priority. I love and enjoy working with this company.

This company finds every reason to Not Pay You.  The management spends its time in the minutia and harps on it over and over and over. Often the vehicles are bent/broken and just barely safe enough to drive.  The warehouse is not large enough for safe and effect loading process so their directive is to stop on the side of the road and do your best. Even when you do your best don't expect any acknowledgement or even a respectful thank you, more likely you will be berated for some inconsequential issue of delivery timing. There is no communication between employees and mngt unless its negative. They hire new employees but not for the shifts that are short which results in a ton of ppl on weekdays but not enough ppl on weekends. If you like being mistreated, poorly compensated and no voice this is the place for you.

Corporate Couriers Logistics has a unique approach to work environment. It is a fast pace environment where you are always on your toes. The management knows you are a person and approaches you as such. They are fair and treat their employees the best that I have been treated in my work career. A normal day at work consists of variety of things. The work changes regularly according to the changes in logistics industry. The company facilitates transportation services not only to Amazon, but also to companies like STAPLES, HALO FRESH and other small food supplying companies. There are always fun things planned and the people are great to be around. Hardest part of the job is being patient with the driver associate and other coworkers. I personally enjoy the challanges my job role brings.

Was good when I started but now is insane. Your day will start with sorting an average of 200+ packages in a very limited place and small van in less than 30 minutes (you will hate yourself doing this), then the stress come when you know that you have an average of 180 stops to do in 8 hours (this’s insane, other companies like FedEx/Dhl do around 50 stops maximum), by 1pm you will feel yourself running out of time and start running and drive aggressively.. this will cause injuries/accidents (hurting your back/knees is a very common thing in this job), and you will be thinking of quitting most of the time (usually new people would quit within 2-3 weeks). 
I don’t recommend it unless you know the mangers so you get one of those nursery good routes (30-50 stops). 

Some decent co workers, good work life balance. Don't work to hard as you'll just get the biggest routes consistently with the same reward as people who can't finish their own small routes even after being helped out by more efficient employees. The supervisors were nice people but not very competent with proper management procedures. Upper management is rude and will micromanage you any chance they get. Make sure to check your timecard weekly as many employees were often shorted pay until asking for it to be corrected which most times it was. 

Hours were between 9-12 hours, you have to scan all your packages yourself at the start of the day and hope that you can load fast enough to not have management upset with you. Either they're overstaffed or understaffed every single day, and when they're overstaffed people get sent home without pay. If you refuse to work over the set 10 hours they tell you about, you get in trouble, but you also get in trouble if you go into overtime. It's highly stressful all the time aside from when you're driving. You're always tired, and the management is garbage. In the time I worked there it went from like 80 packages and 75 stops, to 200+ packages with 120+ stops minimum. 

This job is proof that anyone who wants to work in Victoria can get a job.  That's the highest praise you can give it. Its is a gig where if you want to survive in this town you're gonna need to give up more or less all of your free time. CCL is down to desperation in my opinion, hiring basically anyone who applies. My experience involved low wages, long hours, covering for slackers, and broken promises that were met by cowardly silence upon my honest attempts at resolution.  My suspicion is that much larger problems at the top preclude this organization from focusing on the shame they should rightfully feel for the downstream manifestation of their failed acumen.
