Working on board a cruise liner is one of the toughest job a person can endure, mainly because of the pressure time management and workplace condition.

I learned a lot from this company Hard work, Patience and self motivation to learn are a key factors.

The management level on board are somewhat hard to compare its tough,management are able to maximize whats available on board (human resources, food, accommodation and recreational activities)

Costa Cruises caters to more than 80 nationalities thus communication barriers are definitely inevitable.though there where strict rules and policies that respect each person's culture and tradition (ie for people who don't eat pork a proper label was incorporated in order to inform them)

The Hardest part of the job is that you cannot rest properly even on your designated cabin drills trainings are just part of the day to day operation. its long hours of work that around 11 hours in day to day operation.

The Most enjoyable Part of the job is that i had the chance of meeting other people no matter whats status they may have rich and poor as long as they are within my area of responsibilities i say a chance to interact and of course learn from them as well.

I start at seven in the morning by cleaning the assigned station (21 cabins) and ends up at two in the afternoon. Then i resume work at six for the evening service by attending guests' requests. I learned to appreciate the different cultures of the guests and to be more patient at all times. The management is strict in implementing their rules yet bends at times if they see it reasonable. We work as a team, helping those in need especially to the newcomers. The hardest part of the job is time management, since i handle 21 cabins, I see to it that all these cabins are well kept everyday and all requests of guests are catered and superseded. I am glad to see happy faces from the guests upon disembarkation knowing they are satisfied with my services extended to them.

To work for Costa Crociere was one of the best opportunities I ever had. The work on board requires flexibilty to deal with many different cultures, languages and people from all over the world. 
I worked 7 days a week from 7 to 8 months. I use to work 9 to 11 hours per day. The cruise environment is very demanding, and the focus is to meet and ecxeed Guest's expectations.

Around 10hr working day, tiring routine typical of life onboard, high pressure duties. 
Good managers dealing with the photo deppartment.
Plural culture of mutual respect.
Long and exhausting journey over the feet.
Great opportunity to learn about the department sector, in my experience I learned light setup skills, portrait photography knowledge, sales skills and resistence to live under the pressure of the life onboard.

Hours of work is good for casino team. I had learned new skills as well as working with different nationalities and culture. The management treats fair to everybody. The hardest part of the job is on sea days with almost all day working, rest depends on the action of the casino. And the most enjoyable part is you travel around the world while the company compensates you very well.

A very interesting and challenging job which requires ability to work under almost continous stress situations. This job gave me the posibility to work with many different nationalities - mentalities etc. and aswell gave me the chance to work in a very professional enviroment  with high level of respect toward to clients and crewmembers.

I spent almost 8 years working on Costa cruise ships and i can say it has been the best experience of my life ever.
I enjoyed working hard for a Company fully guests and crew oriented.
I acquired new skills and improved others. It has been great working with colleagues and guests from all over the world.
I deeply thanks the Company to had given me a chance to boost my capabilities and learn a lot.

I started in the company on 2014,and i faced allot problem like drills,every week,food which one i never ever tasted,different nationalities, and etc, but  now i use to it of on board life.

was amaizing in early morning go to the beach that was my working place. 
A swim in a quit and calm beach with the first sunrays.
I was sandwich maker and i liked do it.
In PEAK TIMES all of us were busy running left to right, but always smiling because all of staff was composed by young people.

It is enjoyable job,you can travel some place all over the world it is a great experience,you can meet different nationalities and different kinds of people you will experience and learn how adjust with every kind of people's culture and attitude.
