Working at Country Dental has been fantastic! Since joining in 2019 and recently returning, I've been impressed by the positive changes under the new ownership. The new owners are both polite and considerate towards their employees, and they have introduced state-of-the-art technology and amenities that greatly enhance patient comfort and care.

The atmosphere here is both fun and professional, creating a welcoming environment that feels like home. The supportive staff fosters excellent teamwork, while the organized office manager ensures everything runs smoothly.

I have been working here for 8 Months now and my overall experience had been very positive!  The owners are very caring towards both their  staff and clients.  I have two roles: treatment coordinator and RN.  In my over 30 year career in dental, this has been the best office I have worked for.  They are a very  progressive office offering  top quality dentistry.  Very happy to be here !

I have been working here for over two years, manager is very nice and she cares about the staff and business. Herself and the owners help to support all employees. When the new owners came in they made dramatic changes to improve the office and encourage myself and all staff to learn and advance their skills. They care a lot about patient and staff wellbeing as well, very open people.

I have worked at Country Dental for awhile now. And overall it is a very welcoming work environment. We recently got new owners and they are amazing and so encouraging. With new and advanced technology it has made my experience at Country Dental more exciting! If you are looking for a job in the dental field I would recommend Country Dental. 

Everyone is respected and supported to do better. The management and ownership is great and creates an excellent environment to work at. 
Staff is supported to improve and do better, and the patients are treated with respect.
Overall is a great place to work. 

I was so sad to leave Country Dental, the staff there is super friendly and I loved the dentist they have. It was a great working experience. I started off at Country Dental as my first assisting job and couldn't say anything bad for a starter job.  

I learned so much from Country Dental as a brand new RDH. Thank you for being patient with me as I transitioned from school to work!

Majorly understaffed work environment, poor leadership, and maaaaany unqualified hires. 
New dentists are hired and fired every other week and patients never see the same provider. 
Management and owners don't care about staff or patients and are rude and unapproachable. 


In the past few years I have learned so much at Country Dental. Management and owners will do whatever they can to help you succeed. Employees are treated fairly and are provided flexibility.  Great place to work, I love my job !!
