You wash hands singing happy birthday (enter and leaving production floors), we normally rotate positions every 30 mins or per shift (typically 2 hrs) depending on job, all of them are very easy to learn, staff is normally easy to talk with and as long as you do your best and progress to normal speeds within 3-6 months your all good. Very good job to work as long as you can get the shifts... as with all jobs we have our down months whereby your on call several days each week. Pay is weekly and at roughly 18 an hour plus a 11% top u p leaving actual wage average around 20.50 ish an hour(Different work areas are paid higher).

Pressure when there is a breakdown. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and welcoming  environment. Lovely and warm people who are always ready to work with you. There are a lot funny people as well. 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Making sure the lines and the equipments are all working well.

Management and policies, ridiculous! Very unfair and the biggest waste of resources I have ever seen. Maybe 25 percent of work done that can be done due to useless management. Very bad environmental issues. Lunch rooms and washrooms not up to code. Worst place I have ever worked due to useless, ridiculous manager. If you have to use that much antibiotics to keep something alive, no one should eat it!

Country Ribbon is a high paced workplace with strict adherence to workplace safety and dedicated quality assurance. It is a demanding job depending on which department you work under but pays well and has benefits.

Expected to do the work of several people. Concerns fall on deaf ears. Some employees do put in effort but they’re rewarded with more work. Tremendous trust issues within the company. Imbalanced workload and no feedback unless it’s disciplinary. 



It was a job that I had to do and performed it to the best of my ability.it required some tasks that wasn't really pleasant but had to be completed, and there were other tasks or socialization of co-workers that made it more enjoyable to be there.

Good fast paste environment with lots of available work, just a lot of other workers are miserable and like to complain and put that onto others making them miserable 

Management and workers have a deep mistrust of each other, and actively make each others jobs more difficult. 

You will smell like chicken excrement, it will follow you home!

The organization is good, the structure is good, but most of the bosses tend to be a bit disorganized.But the experience was good; at least I learned a lot. Some of the policies were a bit absurd, but it was good for learning new things.
