Country Style could be insanely busy or compleletely dead, either way you will get stuck working long hours because chances are the next person replacing you will be late for their shift or not come in for it. The regular customers make shifts like those great, they will always put a smile on your face and give a listening ear if needed. Very disorganized place to work unless you working with one of the few great co-workers who took pride in working and did their job. Becoming manager I tried changing as much as I could but I believe it was to late to change anything especially still having bosses who just wanted the profits.

The most enjoyable part of working at Country Style was working in a family friendly environment. I also enjoyed putting smiles on the costumers faces. I enjoyed working along side my co-workers to help achieve our goals. I have learned so much from the customers and the staff from a working standpoint. I have learned working along side my co-workers to create a positive atmosphere and make it a friendly community to visit.

I've learned a lot even if I'm just new in my job.

Not giving a right order of customer or encounter a strict customers

We're like a team working together to achieve our goal of serving customers faster and better.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy during peak hours (morning & afternoon)

I used to start my day at 5 am and work until 3 pm
I have learned to recruit new team mambers. Provide them trainig and lead by example. How to comply with government and frenchisor es rules and regulations. keep up to date the store and staff with new pramotions and compliences. I was gatting good support from my area manger. I had fun working with countrystyle. best part of the job was learning some thing new every day by facing some challanges.

- A typical day at work would include: baking cookies, donuts, etc, serving customers, daily cleaning, also closing responsibilities. 
- Good costumer service

- Dealing with unsatisfied costumers  
- Knowing that everyone was always positive and worked well together

A typical day for me with be getting up in the morning looking to work with the staff and owners of country style i have learned that customers are always right everyone gets a long well if was hard when the owners told us they had sold the place.

I enjoyed working there. I liked serving customers, meeting new people and seeing regulars. Shared a great bound with other co-workers . I liked to go to work, it made me smile and happy. I do hope I will find a job with a great environment and good people to work with.

It was a great place to work meet new people ever day . There was always happy smiles on the co-works. The most enjoyable part of the job was the  returning customers that talk about how there day was . You become to be a little family there.

It was typical QSR job. Manage the store in all way like sales, growth, profit, inventory control, food cost and man management. Report to regional manager as well as franchisor.

Learned how to be more interpersonal, built up communication skills, and learned how to better manage my time. This job has helped me handle stressful situations with ease. Management and co workers were amazing, always kind.
