What is the best part of working at the company?
A great place to work in a beautiful small town. This office is family run by the doctor and his sister and gives a great family vibe to everyone including patients. This is the first place I have worked where I felt truly part of a family and team, and the first place I felt accepted for who I am and not judged. It is an extremely high pace and demanding job, and the work day is NEVER dull but I usually like to be busy. The doctor is fun and truly cares Rabout his staff and patients and treats them as actual humans and the pay is unbeatable. The patients in Picton are incredible and so personable, part of the small town charm. 
I highly recommend if you are looking for a fast paced, high energy job where you can grow and succeed.
Truly wish I didn't have to leave due to location and gas prices.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Schedule changes, no treatment manager, the drive.

I never worked at an office where patients and clients just love the doctor and staff. It’s like working for a laid back family in a cottage like place. Love that I was able to experience Picton’s beaches and restaurants. The doctor is a perfectionist and does amazing work and one can tell is very passionate. The pay is very good and more than other places and they treat their staff as equals. I love the periodontal program they made and they are very big on thoroughness which is so hard to find these days in many offices I temped at. Truly a great experience! L.D.

I have 20+ years of dental assisting and reception experience. I have temped many places and have started to wind down. I heard a few things about this place and decided to try it. Its definitely one of the best dental offices i have ever worked in. The doctor is young, passionate, caring and strives to go above and beyond to help patients and staff, this is so rare to see and I have not seen it anywhere lately. I feel very stress free and happy to be part of the team and I received compliments not criticisms. I am truly happy to be helping out!

Enjoyed temping here. The staff is so nice and the owner and manager are an amazing family brother sister duo. Everyone is young and energetic and I love how much they push prevention and education to their patients. I’ve never had an office where I wasn’t forced to bill and sell treatment. It is such a breath of fresh air from big corporations I sadly worked at and now refuse to go back to. They have a very strong following and I can see why. The doctor is vey conservative and seems to really and truly care for his patients and that’s rare in dental these days. 

I have worked and temped in many dental offices and this is my favourite one so far. The doctor helps you out, hes so kind and great with his patients, the community seems to love this office and it feels good working here knowing you are part of a place that cares. The office is very busy and thats great makes time fly. The patients are super sweet and you feel they truly love being there.

I have temped here three times as an RDH and was incredibly happy by how amazing and helpful the doctor and his staff have been. The doctor was a pleasure to work with, even helped me turn my room around and get things ready for me. The other staff were very friendly and the patients were so great to work on. Happy to come back for more temp days anytime. Paid on time and the town of Picton is just a great spot to drive to especially in the summer !

This has to be the best place to work in dental. The office is small and busy. The days flew by. There is music and patients are treated like family. The doctor is very prevention oriented encouraging fluoride and flossing not drilling and filling. There is ample time booked so patients get the best care. I wish more offices were like this but many make you sell your soul for quotas and pushy sales. 

Awesome vibes, busy which i like and great dentist to work for. Very laid back office, allowing me to take time off and leave when I had issues at home. They treated me very well through many personal issues I had going on. Sadly I had to leave as I had to move out of PEC but If i ever move back to the area I definitely would be back in a heartbeat

I am a dental admin/reception person and I worked in a few offices in Belleville, Napanee and Trenton. County Dental was by far the best paid and best in terms of work culture. The doctor is super laid back, super kind to his patients and staff.  Picton is a beautiful town and love the idea of being able to walk to all the cute shops and businesses at lunch. 

Temped and worked as a hygienist for County Dental and it is truly a great office. The staff are super friendly and the dentist is very conservative and kind to both patients and staff members including temps. My only qualm is I moved and its too far a drive or I would be back in a heartbeat.
