What is the best part of working at the company?
The team you work with. Everyone is easy going. Makes for nice work days.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Private ski club. The members and nice, but don't respect the rules that we enforce to try and keep them safe.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The weather can be unbearable at times when you are standing for long periods.  Culture is friendly and easygoing. Lots of long-time staff. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lift Attendant - First 30-50min cleaning off snow and safety checking the lifts. Rest of the shift you load skiers/snowboarders and make sure they get up and off the lift safely.

It's a private ski club, and you sure can tell. Most of the employees are high schoolers, who don't care so much for the rules and will often not show up for work with little or no warning. Jessica is a good supervisor, but Kevin always seem a bit mad. I worked there every winter in high school, and since I was a reliable employee ended up running their new parent and tot program, a promotion that came with no extra benefits, but honestly was pretty fun, especially because non of the level three instructors were ever shadowing me, seeing how well I was teaching.

Craigleith Ski club is like any other ski club, a typical day there is on average allot of fun. management there runs smoothly but it can choke at times.  Co-workers are nice , fun to hang around with.
the hardest part you'll face here will be if you cant drive in the winter getting to work will and a problem other than that there isnt really one.

Craigleith is a great place to work. Depending on your position you will learn lots of skills and way to fix thing such as snowguns and drive machinery. The pay is low like everyother job and you will be put to work especially in the summer but if you are looking for lots of hours in the labourer industry this is your gig

Nothing is stressful, very good supervisors 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supportive and efficient, very pleasant

I feel the management was really nice as well as the night manager. I feel like some of the employees were very mean and as a cleaner of 15 years kept trying to tell me how to clean in there way which was not efficient. I don't think there able to find good cleaners so they keep employees that maybe should not be there. Pretty decent pay

Excellent colleagues and training opportunities.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not all hours on-site were paid.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment if you like working outdoors.

Workdays could be very hectic because so much is going on, but both my supervisors and fellow employees were amazing at working together and supporting each other, so it never felt unmanageable.

Wonderful ski club and terrific family environment. 
I learned to ski well at Craigleith and was thrilled to be an instructor there.  The terrain is perfect for beginners, but allows them to take on progressively more challenging terrain.

There is a wide variety of positons that people can apply to at the ski club. Very friendly staff and clientele. I was lucky to work in both the North, bussing tables and interacting with the skiers and the South lodge working in the playroom as an attendant.
