It's quite exciting to be part of a company that grows so quickly from a couple people to nearly a hundred. Seeing the growth and the different things that happen is truly an experience. The management team is very serious with company policies. Violations can result in warnings or immediate termination of employment. There isn't a lot of leniency in regards to giving many chances to employees. It can suck seeing friends get fired because of a few simple mistakes.

stable position if your good. Salarys good and there are some big bonuses and prizes for top people. the office has a beautiful view. Good company management and business structure. it could get real competitive for some monthly contests that's like 20 thousand dollars or more. you can gain real weight too because of the free food. management team could be tight on rules and punctuality.

Pathetic management, they asked you to start immediately like within 2-3 days they made you to quit your old job in day or two days and when accept their job offer, after that no welcoming email nor confirmation email from them and other main and most ridiculous thing is on very first if you reached one minute late or on sharp time they’ll fired you at that moment without any hesitation and explanation. This is the worst company I’ve ever seen.

if you're a normal person that makes mistakes, you will be punished. i think the company's looking for people that never make mistakes. the company needs to understand that it's normal for people to make mistakes.

It was an exciting and fun job, I got to meet many people from all over the world and really exercise my communication, presentation and marketing skills. Very nice working environment and neighborhood. Depending on your managers, your life can be very stressful or heaven. 

No respect even to an elder. no job security good chance to fire on next day. no proper training, making called calls at your own expense and phone. Not a good place to work.

- managers are insane 
- poor work culture 
- mental torture 
people dont work there for long. overturn rate is very very high because of the trash management. 

Company provides A LOT of free food to employees. Pay is above average. I needed to move cities and they gave me a position at one of their other offices which was nice.

I like my job 
Good potential for growth. This job improved my personality and interpersonal skills. 
Sometimes competitive, but I think it can be a good thing. 

I've been with the company for a year. The company has treated me fairly with income and growth opportunities. It's a supportive and helpful environment. I think this is a good company to work for.
