I love working at Cross Country.  I have been here 3 years and I have advanced a lot in my position already.  Cross Country believes in their employees and is a family orientated company.  As a single mother, I could not ask for a better company to work for.  They are sympathetic to my situation and work with me to come up with solutions when my schedule needs to change.
I believe that Cross Country is worthy of being a life long career choice.  They treat and reward their employees on a regular basis and I feel genuinely respected as an employee.  

Cross Country has experienced some rapid growth and change and has weathered the growing pains that come along with it. In recent months, staff have been added to the roster which has further enhanced the professionalism in the workplace while maintaining a casual, fun, and friendly atmosphere. Management strives for continuous improvement and fosters a collaborative environment where ideas for efficiency and innovation are welcomed and encouraged. 

Absolutely loved the job itself but the management lacks professionalism. It's run by a family so it doesnt end well if you get on the wrong side of one person. Especially since the wife of the boss handles HR. If they could separate personal differences from work issues I would have given it a higher rating. Also if you want everyone to know your life story this is the right job for you! The gossip is relentless

Cross Country is a great place to work.  They take the time to get to know their staff and reward their staff for their hard work. 
I find the management here believes in their staff and offer great career advancements. 
They are understanding of family priorities and can be very flexible with your schedule if you are open and honest with them about situations in your life. 
I find I am rewarded and appreciated within this company. 

Their vision for the company is good and kind of smart. And that's everything positive I can say.

Bad pay, almost no benefits, experienced foremen that lack an educational background (which hurts their decision making big time), horrible facilities and offices and more.

I would not recommend unless you are desperate. Also: Management does not care about people with few exceptions. They will ditch you at will.

This company pays employees less compared with companies. The management is terrible. And the parking yard is muddy when the snow melt or raining. Sometimes, cars got stuck. It is good to gain some experience. Not a good place to work for long. Run away when you get some experience. 

Extremely negative atmosphere. To much micromanagement,  hard working employees get crapped on and poor one get rewarded. Lots of standing around talking. Seems like none knows how to take responsibility for their mistakes. 

The work environment is pretty bad. People backbite about their colleagues. The pay is low. The computer is super slow. The management is very unprofessional (Especially HR). Don't work for them. 

Cross Country Manufacturing is that "oh! you don't have experience?, we hope you can grow and learn a lot with us" type of workplace. They help you grow and make you feel excited to get up in the morning to go to work.

The company has excellent communication between human resources and staff, they are very accommodating to staff needs.
The company is in a growth spurt at the moment, this can create challenges, but it is never dull.
