I have had such a blast with this company. I have learned a lot and have met incredible people. Every morning i am greeted with "Good Morning's" or an inside joke. When i first started and was taking pictures or videos for events, it was tough. People were very camera shy, but once they got to know me they have started to open up. The dealer principal has been an exceptional leader. I believe everything rises and falls on leadership. With him at the helm, Xtown has done really well and is going in a direction that I firmly agree with. The best part is he stops by and chats with everyone, offering words of encouragement, advice and criticism to help people improve themselves. It is a fantastic environment for growth and I encourage anyone to get out of their comfort zone and join our exclusive family.

I've been in sales with Crosstown for just over 2 years. Anyone in auto sales knows that it can have its challenges. Our management team (both new & used) work closely with us & provide us with incredible support. As we are open 9am-9pm most days, the scheduled hours are unconventional and I often work additional hours to serve my clients. When needing to take time for personal matters or vacation, the management team is very understanding (within reason) and typically there is no problem. I'm paid well for my time & effort, benefits are fairly comprehensive, and with hard work and attitude there is always room to advance. Extra bonus, most birthdays are celebrated with cake!

I have worked at Crosstown Auto Center for 4 years and it was the best decision I ever made.  The growth opportunity coupled with the fun, hard working environment, perks, and the ability to make as much money as you want is like no other job I have ever had. 
The Management team is really focused on making you successful in your career.   We all learn from each other.  My Coworkers are great to work with, Management is Awesome and the upper Management is very supportive.  

Overall, Great place to work to build your career and great workplace culture! You learn new things everyday and a lot of opportunities for growth.

Cars begin rolling in, we have 2 lanes that can hold a maximum of 6 cars at once. Usually if we're really busy, everyone works on their own car. Waiting on advisors to finish on the work orders is somewhat of a pain, when you've finished your car 10-15 minutes ago.

Co-workers are all friendly, help you when you need advise and are overall awesome to be around.

Hardest part of the job is doing tire rotations or anything tire related, its just a pain.

Best part of the job is driving fancy cars, when you've finished working on them.

They have some great people working at Crosstown- I loved most of my coworkers and enjoyed speaking with them. However, there is absolutely no job security. You can do a fantastic job- I was one of the top performers in the entire country- and there is still no guarantee that your job will be there tomorrow. Management only looks at salary instead of the value that the employees bring to the company, so your work is never appreciated.

Learned so much here, how a car dealership worked ( just the tip of the ice berg) how the service department worked on a daily basis, started learning some of the basics on maintenance. Co-workers, most where quit awesome to work with. Management was great until it was changed..... Hardest part of my job is knowing that I was never going to move up from my position. Mist enjoyable part of my job was that I got to learn new things all the time.

Processing employee benefit claims and payrolls. Electronic payrolls and material reporting. Management  was very good and worked with employees.Most difficult part of the job was getting the payroll time in from employees.Very much enjoyed working with employees both in the office and over the phone. Worked in a group of forty people mostly women.

I have been treated beyond fairly here. The pay grade is FANTASTIC. Family comes first here as well, which is hard to find in this industry. The management are supportive and willing to help you learn. The  benefits plan and staff functions are top notch as well. This is my first job in the retail Auto industry, and I would not dream of working for another dealership.

All the departments get along, there is very little to no drama. Very easy going people to work with and everyone is helpful and polite. I enjoy coming to work everyday. Management is very approachable and easy to talk to. Great employee appreciation events and volunteering opportunities from Pancake breakfast, BBQ's, Christmas parties, Mustard Seed, Santa's Anonymous and more.

As an employee for over a year now, it has been nothing but a pleasure working at Crosstown and getting to know everyone and meeting new faces everyday. If you're looking for a work place where you want to be treated more than just a co-worker, Crosstown is definitely for you. Management goes out of there way to ensure all there employees are happy and feel safe at work.
