A typical day at work requires starting the day off to a good start, and   accounting for the previous day's expenses. Giving warranty work orders to the warranty clerk. Check the voice mail and email to follow up on any missed messages from the night before or early morning before we opened. Also greeting everyone in the office and department with a warm welcome! Then off to the main duties of answering a high volume of incoming calls, while making outbound calls during spare minutes. The most enjoyable part of my job was knowing that I was able to help customers enough that they were relieved when they get off the phone with me, or relieved when they were done speaking with me in person. To have done my job well made me feel productive and part of a team. In tern, my fellow colleagues appreciated me for lightening the load on them, which created great relationships with my co-workers. The most difficult part of my job was doing the necessary work as well as the work of two other people when they were not able to make it to work. I had learned the importance of my actions and how little efforts made help the whole team and make a big difference at the end of the day.

Its a flat rate shop without any consistency. You can be on your feet all day doing warranty repairs and make a laughable income or you might get lucky and make 8 hours in a day, very lucky. They will hire more techs even when there is no work to provide, doesn’t matter though since they don’t have to pay you to be in the building. You could make zero dollars in a day and you would get a shoulder shrug from the boss and a ‘sorry buddy, it is what it is’. FCA keeps cutting warranty pay times lower and lower and its not like FIAT is known for good quality, guess how that works out for the tech?
It had gotten very stressful financially.
Benefits are terrible, no pension or RRSP program. Moral was incredibly low. Sales floor was a revolving door of new employees, bonuses are not achievable but that’s what they want.  You have been warned with the truth. 

I think it speaks volumes about a place of business, and those who own/operate it, when you realize just how long most of your co workers have chosen to work there. In parts itself we have staff who have been there for 35, 30, 18 and 15 years respectively. People tend to show loyalty to employers who value and appreciate their staff, and clearly those are traits commonly found at Crowfoot Dodge!

Having worked in both smaller family owned dealerships and larger dealerships that were apart of dealer groups, I can tell you that it's a refreshing change being able to work in an environment that takes the positives from both and blends it into our large, yet still very family oriented dealership.

I have worked at Crowfoot Dodge for over 7 years.  When I first started, Management was understanding and patient while I fulfilled my new role.  
Over the years and changes at this store I was happy to see Management work with the staff to ensure they were treated fair. If any problems arose they tackled the problem head-on and resolved any issues quickly without taking sides.
I can truly say that I consider my co-workers as my extended family and I am grateful for the good times both at the dealership and at company functions.
The staff are generally upbeat and there is a good balance of hard work and a enjoyable atmosphere.

This is the worst job I've had in the 20 years since I immigrated to this country. Toxic workplace, gossiping salesmen who brag about getting people into financing that they know the customer can't afford, rampant preferentialism are daily occurrences. Snakes everywhere, you can't trust anyone with anything. My best advice to you if you're desperate enough to work here is to be as invisible and as quiet as possible because they will find a way to make you miserable the second you try to make a suggestion or give an opinion on pretty much anything.

The work load working for this company was ridiculous!!!! I was doing a job that should have been a job for three people not just one. The management is not good, the co-workers are extremely caddy and unprofessional. The management  is not good at all, I was expected to work overtime almost every night without proper overtime pay. Just an all around horrible place to work. I do not recommend anyone working there unless you like to be worked like a dog and treated like one, horrible pay, just a mess !!

This place is terrible to work at. There is so little staff as no one want to work here. so work cant get done. All the new managment is under qualified and are all hurting bussiness . it continually is getting slower and think there is nothing wrong. i thought this place was bad before they sold , but two sales in less then a year and it has only gotten worse. Did not think they could hire a worse service manager then what was here , but they accomplished that. 

I’m not sure how I’ll do at this position, I just started but what I have realized is that there is not much training, you pretty much have to learn everything yourself and if you can, great, if you can’t, no go. They sort of just tell you to do product review and create your own sales pitch, which can take a while. If you aren’t someone who can teach themselves something new, such as sales tactics, I suggest you stay away. 

Family owned with family values are the reason I work here.  The owners and management all have families and truly understand the balance needed by individual employees for both having a successful career and happy healthy family.

Hard work is rewarded financially and provides opportunity for advancement if desired.  The company has been around for 40+ years for a reason;  Great employees, great owners, and great customers.

Great place to learn about and sell cars! Great management and support. Great pay structure. I Learned alot, the management was great, the culture was great, hardest part of the job was the amount of calls you were expected to make but I didn't mind it. The most enjoyable part was the money, bonuses and trips you got to go on!
