Crude energy is constantly the lowest paying company on any oil and gas site, and it reflects in the people whom they hire. 
The owner of this company thinks that it is a privilege to drive a company vehicle from his shop to the site. He charges the employee driving the vehicle for the gas used to get to site. A vehicle that the client is paying Crude for. If you get a flat tire or anything that will come from your cheque

Excellent company that's growing and evolving. Best crews I've ever worked with. I've never had any problems with management or payroll. They provide a safe and enjoyable work atmosphere. I would definitely work for them again.

Management lacks communication internally. Wages are low for the oilfield not very competitive. Decent place for short term temporary work while you wait for better opportunities.

good small company, didn't pay very well but money is not everything. looks after their guys, and an all round positive atmosphere to work in. some of my best experiences where with this company

Smaller company trying to be a big company. The days were long and some were frustratingly ridiculous. Other wise the crew we had were a bunch of good guys. The superintendent was a great guy.

Quality was a one man operation. Field personnel were cooperative and met or exceeded quality expectations. This is a contract company so no employee rates.

Management was very professional and easily approachable for any issues or concerns. Great company to work for. Lots of projects completed on time and within budget. 

working multiple short jobs is typical but keeps the work interesting.
work can get slow sometimes but that is typical of the industry. I would work for them again

You're crazy if you work for $30hr, should be $40. working away from home, from family, in camp, and temporary. Fast paced, supply your own tickets, shows what you think of journeyman

the only concern I had was the length of employment. I would have liked to work with this company longer, and hope to work for them again in the future
